A simply unforgettable experience at Tre Magnoni in Trieste (last night, January 28, 2026). The three of us—my husband, me, and our daughter—went for dinner to celebrate her birthday, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We began with amazing crudité appetizers, incredibly fresh and meticulously prepared: for us, the most surprising and memorable moment of the dinner. Next came turbot, an elegant and beautifully executed dish that confirms the exceptional quality of the cuisine. Every element was perfect: excellent oil, expertly selected wine, superb bread. You could feel the love for cooking and respect for the ingredients in every bite. The impeccable service—attentive, kind, and never intrusive—made the evening even more special. Special praise to the chef, the true protagonist of a high-quality gastronomic experience. A dinner that will remain in our memories, on an important day for our family. We will definitely be back. Congratulations to the entire staff!

A family evening with great food, a super comfortable atmosphere, and excellent service. A small hiccup with some of the starters (which was excellently remedied!) didn't ruin the enjoyable evening. Definitely worth doing again!

Company dinner.... they served us everything and more: appetizers, first courses, second courses, and side dishes, practically countless small plates, all delicious, in fact, "very delicious." The atmosphere is very welcoming; I love the wood. The staff and service are very professional. An experience I absolutely must repeat. Recommended restaurant. We ate wonderfully, from appetizer to dessert. The wine was recommended and truly excellent. The service was also impeccable, friendly and attentive. A place we'll remember and hope to return to soon. The prices are moderately high, but absolutely in line with the quantity (abundant) and, above all, the quality of the ingredients. Well done! The perfect place for seafood and... dessert lovers! The freshest ingredients are served in an original way, with delicious pairings of various fruits and elegant, eye-catching plating. The "Freddo" appetizer for two is worthy of a 10-star rating. The first and second courses, featuring seafood from various regions, are also excellent. I especially tried the Fregola with spider crab... perhaps even better than the one I had in Sardinia... or almost... 😉... Then definitely ask for the dessert menu... What can I say, the pastry chef is a man worth marrying... delicious and meticulously prepared, and I loved the "pie" format: not those giant slices you get at so many places, but small masterpieces!!! Not to mention the owner and waiter, who served us and explained the dishes with kindness and without being intrusive. The price is very fair. The only flaw... the parking is a bit far from Trieste and it's a narrow street... but nobody's perfect 😇...
