The food was not bad, as are the beers. Staff a little "under pressure" even though the place wasn't overly crowded. They had presentation of Liberation Day. So they asked us to be quite, its a bit rude to asked us to be quite as we were enjoying dinner with family where conversation is expected to happen. So we had to move table ourselves.

21/02/2026: It's a real pleasure to be welcomed with kindness and then experience firsthand the professionalism in every dish, traditions and flavors perfectly respected. I had the opportunity to experience several Piedmontese wineries, wonderful tastings accompanied by precise descriptions from an amazing owner.
