I was there in the evening just after returning from France, a very good dinner, friendly staff surprised my expectations, I also asked the price of the rooms which were really advantageous for the place, it's a shame that I had already booked,

I'm only reviewing the restaurant. The food was really good, and I would love to give it 5 stars, but the service was lacking. I think some of the servers at other tables (the females) were doing a good job, but the two young men who served our table were unhelpful and inattentive. Everyone at our table got the sense that these two servers were not well trained. They didn't seem to know how to work with customers.

We were just restaurant guests who wanted some delicious Italian food. The restaurant is generally quite chic. The staff are friendly and make an effort. In my opinion the food wasn't exactly what I would have expected from a meal in Italy... maybe I was expecting too much... The bruschetta and the cheese plate were really poorly presented. The bread for the bruschetta was stale and the tomatoes had a very bland taste. The portions of the main courses, especially the pasta, are really small. Tasty, but small. The pizza was OK, but I've had better... The restaurant is generally OK, but there are better ones.

Good stuff,amazing view from the room to the lake we see the villas too. Nice restaurant downstairs. If we will visit again lake Como for sure we will go again to this hotel .

Thank you to the entire hotel team for their kindness and welcome. Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is very well located with a beautiful view of the lake from our room and the terraces. The restaurant offers a wide selection of very good quality dishes. In short, I highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel on the shores of Lake Como. Magnificent terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is welcoming. The hotel also has a good-quality restaurant.
