Trattoria la Saracena

28/02/2026: After spending a pleasant morning exploring the ancient town of Segni, the cherry on top was this trattoria, which delighted us with a varied appetizer (both hot and cold), delicious and full of unique flavors. The Fregnaquanti pasta with ragu were amazing, and the apple pie was freshly made by them. A good value. Highly recommended. Bravo, Stefania!
14/02/2026: Excellent food, cooked with love and precision, without frills or frills. Every meal is a small masterpiece...it's rare to find places like this. PS: The paintings on display for sale are also beautiful.

13/03/2026: Tip: Order the onion and Parmesan tarte tatin. For me, the best restaurant in Rome. A special, authentic, and very welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
