What made the many visits this year for dinner and drinks so enjoyable was the professional demeanor of Marianne. She always gave excellent advice and charming service. I came by today to say goodbye and was sad to learn that she will be leaving Harry's Bistro.

Quiet and elegant space for our party of 4 to dine in. Promptly seated when we arrived with our reservation. The pasta we ordered was too al dente for all of us which surprised me given that this is a Michelin Guide recommended restaurant. There may have been a language barrier with the sommelier as he was a little more quiet and reserved when helping our table choose a wine. Overall felt the food and experience was average.

Harry's in Trieste immediately presents itself as an enveloping experience, a place that does not hide its elegance and attention to detail. The wide selection of wines promises evenings of good taste, and the environment, impeccable in its cleanliness and magnificence, suggests a loyal clientele of a certain level. We particularly appreciated the professionalism of one of the waitresses, who accompanied us politely until the moment of the bill. My partner was enthusiastic about her risotto, a dish that evidently knew how to enhance the flavours. Personally, my choice fell on a pasta with tomato sauce which, unfortunately, was not able to give me the same emotions, also considering the price of 18 euros. The only truly positive note of my dish was the burrata, a true triumph of freshness enhanced by a simply delicious basil oil.
However, a recommended place overlooking the main square of the city, we will definitely return.

Unser Plan war im Sternerestaurant essen zu gehen .
Das ist allerdings zur Zeit geschlossen was aber bei der Reservierung nirgend kommuniziert wurde.
Im Bistro ist das Essen handwerklich gut, hat unsere Erwartungen aber nicht erfüllt.
Sehr große Weinkarte aber keine Beratung oder Empfehlung des Personals.

An unforgettable Easter lunch at the Harry Restaurant in Trieste
We chose the Harry Restaurant for Easter lunch and we were thrilled with it. The environment is elegant, refined and welcoming: every detail, from the perfectly set tables to the relaxed and refined atmosphere, contributes to creating a truly special experience.
The Easter menu was a triumph of flavors: balanced dishes, creative but respectful of tradition, presented with great taste and prepared with the highest quality ingredients. Each course was a little emotion.
A heartfelt thank you to Anna, who followed us with a splendid service: professional, attentive and incredibly kind. His presence really made a difference and made our lunch even more enjoyable.
We had such a good time that… we'll be back for Easter Monday lunch too! When a place makes you feel so pampered, it's impossible not to want to return.
Congratulations to all the staff of the Harry Restaurant: a true pearl in the heart of Trieste.

We chose the tasting menu and it was incredible! Everything was very well-balanced, unique, and delicious. The menu is flexible regarding guests’ dietary needs—they replaced the cheesecake for us due to lactose intolerance. The service was also very pleasant; the waitresses spoke excellent English and were very friendly. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the whole experience!

La mia fidanzata ed io siamo stati a cena per San Valentino e lo chef aveva preparato un menù degustazione a tema per l'occasione con piatti scelti nel dettaglio e accostamenti di sapori e colori che solo in posti di livello come quello dell'Harry's si possono provare.
Sublime come si amalgamavano i gusti nel risotto di gamberi così come la sinergia tra i gusti contrastanti del secondo con il sapore di mare della triglia ed il dolce acidulo dei lamponi, il tutto accompagnato da un abbinamento di vini consigliati dalla sommelier in grado di esaltare ogni singolo piatto.
Un'esperienza sensoriale fantastica, complimenti allo chef ed al servizio impeccabile che ci ha coccolato lungo tutta la cena
