Harry's Grill In Trieste

We enjoyed a lunch on a sunny Saturday. Very courteous and professional staff, you can see that they are very prepared. The dishes were recommended to us by a friendly guy who also knew how to pair them with an excellent wine, making this experience unforgettable.

My girlfriend and I had dinner for Valentine's Day and the chef had prepared a themed tasting menu for the occasion with dishes chosen in detail and combinations of flavors and colors that can only be tried in high-class places like Harry's. Sublime how the flavors blended in the prawn risotto as well as the synergy between the contrasting flavors of the second course with the seafood flavor of the mullet and the sweet acidity of the raspberries, all accompanied by a pairing of wines recommended by the sommelier capable of enhancing every single dish. A fantastic sensory experience, compliments to the chef and the impeccable service that pampered us throughout the dinner

Intrigued by the change in direction of the cuisine, we wanted to try the tasting menu, a truly interesting seafood journey. Less formal service than the previous one and at the same time attentive, friendly and prepared. We also had the opportunity to enjoy an excellent afterdinner cocktail, which was not at all obvious. Lunch in the splendid Trieste..Harry's Trieste..restaurant in a strategic position directly overlooking Piazza Unità d'Italia.Chef Alessando Pandullo delighted us with his dishes and took us on a journey of flavors never tried before We decided to choose the tasting menu with wine pairing... Never was a more appropriate choice A journey through the world of flavours Starting from the entrée, moving on to the indescribable cannelloni with crab......the risotto with scampi, coconut lime, sublime green curry...and then moving on to the black ravioli, with cuttlefish and calamari, a must-try and croaker with giardiniera and octopus like never before...the pre-dessert and the desserts were the perfect ending to a journey of flavours.....thank you Each dish was excellently accompanied by the wisdom of the sommelier and chef in pairing each wine with the dish... congratulations Highly recommended for those who want to experience an emotion, a journey, an experience that goes beyond a lunch/dinner Congratulations to chef Alessandro Pandullo and all the staff for delighting and pampering us on this Sunday in Trieste See you soon and congratulations

In the square: queue to enter the restaurant in front, a scene for tourists because I've already tried it before, so I choose Harry's, no queue, relaxed environment without crowds with less "cacciarona" customers, had a chocolate with cream and a Viennese coffee , service up to par, spent €10, other times had an aperitif, I confirm my preference for Harry's over red herrings, personal opinion obviously!

Love this place. There is enough of attentive staff who also speak other languages. Impressive! The food and drinks were amazing, just love the attention to details and the high quality. We enjoyed the cocktails (signature cocktail Trieste da bere with gin and sambuca), salad and anchovies for a starter and fish and octopus for mains. Every dish was spectacular. What I particularly enjoyed is that they have Gluten free options for bread and pasta. Highly appreciated!!! The deserts were good, I just inhaled mine - a chocolate and coffee tartlet. The sorbet was nice, but a bit on the sweet side. Would happily return to this restaurant any time!

Here you pay for service, style and dedication to the customer. It is one of the most chic places in the city, where everything they give you is well cared for and presented, and made with quality products. The terrace has a beautiful view of the square, but inside, the decoration is exquisite.
