16/02/2026: Don't let the exterior appearance set your expectations, this is a true hidden gem. The food was perfect, quality, taste and presentation. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. The calamari was fresh and delicious.
08/02/2026: A lovely discovery during a lunch break in the hunting lodge area. Right next to the magnificent Stupinigi hunting lodge is this very characteristic restaurant, a well-kept location with a beautiful wooden staircase leading to the upper floor. The menu is sophisticated and high-quality. While we waited, we were served a delicious brioche bun accompanied by dried vegetables. I had the raw beef, which was excellent, and the spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper, with Piedmontese burrata cream and 'nduja sauce, which was also very good. With our coffee, we were served some fantastic house gianduiotti. Highly recommended. I'll be back.
And as promised, I returned for the slow-cooked egg with Parmesan fondue, the napkin-style plin, and a chocolate brownie with hazelnut ice cream. All very good. Two bottles of water, a bottle of Pinot Noir for €40, a Barolo chinato, and a coffee to finish. Total divided, €4.64.
