Chef Michael (Michele) is a marvel... he advises you and tells you stories with a passion and enthusiasm that you then find in the dishes. The girl "Maître" of the dining room, a phenomenon of courtesy, kindness and professionalism. Needless to say anything else...you absolutely have to go and try it! For me it was the first time and you never forget the first time... positive and negative for goodness' sake.... (very positive).
