Excellent Milanese cuisine, good choice of dishes and wines, excellent service, welcoming atmosphere. In this place everything, from food to design, is made with great love! We ended up here by chance, but it certainly won't be the last time. Thank you very much!

Very, very tasty food. The risottos are spectacular (and I'm usually crazy about them, and always looking for new combinations). The place is not very big, it's best to book, and it's worth it. Excellent service, they didn't let us miss anything.

Perfect risotto and pasta. The pasta is homemade. And I love the Milanese sauce risotto as always😉 Good value for the dinner too.

the risottos were really excellent, we ate the pumpkin and castelmagno one, the mushroom and sausage one and the chianti one, perfectly cooked, perhaps a little tasty but from the seasonings not from the salt. the starters are also good, but to fully enjoy the risottos, I wouldn't take them again, or I would take them as a second course if one is still hungry. friendly and helpful staff. a slightly small environment, certainly not suitable for small children due to the space but where they too, there were two with me, ate with gusto. truly one of the best risotto restaurants I've been to.

Antes de poner un pie en Guyot, no sabíamos que ese tipo de restaurante existía. Guyot es un risotteria – la señal está en el nombre. Hay bastantes restaurantes en el barrio de Porta Garibaldi, pero elegimos Guyot según las excelentes críticas de TA. A pesar de aparecer en lo que resultó ser un martes por la noche ocupado, recibimos una cálida recepción y nos dieron una mesa agradable. Esto marcó la pauta para toda la comida, el servicio fue amable y atento. Todo el menú se veía muy bien, para ser honesto. Tuvimos tres entrantes y risottos diferentes (risotto milanés con chuleta de ternera es increíble) y ñoquis. El tiramisú estaba delicioso también. Si hay algo que nos levantó las cejas fue el precio del vino por copa; la cantidad (parecía menos de 100 mililitros) era menor de lo que esperábamos para 8€ a 9€ para una Valpolicella o Primitivo estándar. Sin embargo, realmente recomendamos Guyot a cualquiera que le guste el risotto y restaurantes con un buen ambiente.

Piccolo, discreto, suggestivo: un localino squisito, simile a un'intima tavernetta. Piatti buoni, servizio cortese. Una vera e propria miniera per chi ama scegliere il vino in una carta ampia, variegata e di alta qualità.
