Exceptional staff. The food was the most delicious we experienced in Italy. Our compliments to the chef. This meal was definitely a highlight of our entire trip.

A good risotto restaurant just outside the Isola area. Generous portions and excellent flavor, with a wide selection of risottos and ingredients. The meat, appetizers, and desserts are also good.

We had a wonderful dinner at Guyot. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, with a warm and welcoming vibe. The service was excellent — very friendly and attentive, and we received a great wine recommendation that perfectly matched our dishes. We had risotto, which was beautifully cooked, full of flavor, and served in generous portions. From the starter to the dessert, everything was spot on — and the tiramisu was honestly the best we’ve ever had. Prices are on the higher side (around €30–40 per portion), but the quality and experience absolutely justify it. Everything was perfect — we’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Review: A Five-Star Milanese Dinner We visited this restaurant in Milan and I must say the experience was truly exceptional. The atmosphere is charming, intimate, and with just a few tables, making it perfect for a quiet, elegant evening. The cuisine is a true tribute to Milanese dishes: we enjoyed risotto alla Milanese, risotto with provola, and risotto with chestnuts, speck, and taleggio, all truly delicious and plentiful. The appetizer of cured meats, polenta, sausages, and gorgonzola was equally rich and well-prepared. In short, it's one of those rare times I feel like giving it a full five stars. If you're looking for traditional Milanese dishes and generous portions, this restaurant won't disappoint.

The best risotto place in Milan with a very kind owner and a fantastic vibe. We have been here before 2 years ago and we are so glad to be back. Food is impeccable and the atmosphere has always been great. Very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious.

Finally, a noteworthy restaurant in Milan. EXCELLENT risotto. We had figs and gorgonzola and pumpkin, taleggio cheese, and pistachio. And the homemade "bombastic" tiramisu recommended by the super friendly waitress is finally a tiramisu as God intended: without small glasses, faithful to tradition, not too sweet, and no cream, just mascarpone. It was all wonderful. Beautiful location and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you so much. I'll definitely be back.

I've been frequenting Risotteria Guyot for a while now, and it's always a sure thing. Every time I suggest it to someone, I know I'm making a good impression: it's one of those places where quality is always top-notch and you can immediately sense passion and care, even in the smallest details. The star of the show, of course, is the risotto: a true excellence, with always varied, creative, and seasonal options. Each dish is a perfect balance of flavors, with impeccable creaming and carefully selected ingredients. You can see (and taste) the hand of an extraordinary chef, who, in addition to being incredibly talented, is also friendly and passionate about her work. You can sense the love she puts into every dish. Alongside her, a kind and competent staff, always ready to offer professional advice. Even the homemade bread is a treat that starts the meal in the best possible way; the ingredients are always fresh and carefully selected. The customer service is impeccable; you feel truly welcomed and looked after with professionalism. The service is attentive, but never intrusive. Another noteworthy feature is the wine selection: extensive and high-quality, with constantly changing selections and expert recommendations from the owner, perfectly complementing the risotto you choose. An added touch that completes the dining experience. In short, Guyot is much more than just a simple risotto restaurant: it's a place where you eat excellently, feel welcomed, and always leave satisfied. A place to treasure and recommend with confidence.

Tried it last night for the first time. The intimate restaurant is decorated in a style somewhere between vintage and old, historic, high-end trattorias. Their wine selection is excellent; their Antinori "Bruciato" is a real treat. For the occasion, we tried different risotto textures, from figs and Taleggio to sausage, and the classic saffron. Excellent. The distinct flavors blend delicately, providing a welcome break from the typical Milanese anxiety. Highly recommended, especially for first dates or anniversaries. The risotto takes you by the hand, but a little knowledge of the wine pairing is required to understand the perfect pairing. The dining room staff is courteous and cheerful, and the chef is impeccable. An experience worth repeating and recommending.
