Fantastic!! A very quaint place, friendly, kind, and attentive staff, but above all... the risottos!!!! They're over the top! Absolutely worth a try!! There are the classics, but my preference is always the specialties, which will never disappoint! The appetizers are delicious, but then indulge in the hearty risotto... always accompanied by the right wine, recommended by the owner. There's also a small wine cellar inside... oh, and very importantly, the restaurant is completely gluten-free!
P.S. The prices are a bit above average.

This risotto restaurant is beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere, very friendly staff, and high-quality food. The risottos are exquisite, and not just the risottos. Everything is meticulously prepared, from the plating to the table service. There's a wide selection of wines and excellent homemade desserts. We'll definitely be back.

Super welcoming place. Generous portions, crispy rice. I recommend the Tropea onion, crescenza cheese, and thyme risotto, delicious. The staff is perfect and friendly. The desserts are also worth trying. The only downside is the clothes, which smell of broth and cheese when you leave the restaurant.

A Chianti risotto so good it was truly breathtaking. Compliments for the food, prepared with care and attention to detail, and the service from the very friendly staff. The atmosphere is also very pleasant.

For us, eating at Guyot is always an experience that brings us home with a smile because of the pleasure of everything. A refined restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is attentive and friendly. The risottos are the real stars, leaving a lasting impression on the taste buds. The wines are also excellent. The tiramisu is exquisite. It's a must for us when we're in Milan. Reservations are recommended. Lastly, they're gluten-free, so thank you!

Very nice, well-kept place.
We had an appetizer and two meat-based main courses.
The pumpkin flan was burnt on the bottom, cut perfectly cooked, but with no option for a side dish other than potatoes.
Good service, but it's a shame we weren't informed about the off-menu options.

Very nice place, small but cozy. They welcomed us kindly, and the staff was attentive and helpful. We ordered two appetizers: polenta crostini with cod, and two Milanese risottos with ossobuco, both good. I didn't like the pork shank with baked potatoes; the latter wasn't very good; the meat wasn't cooked well and it was salty. Finally, we had dessert: the tiramisu was excellent, decent, and the berry cheesecake. Price was above average.
