Cozy place, delicious pizza, staff prepared, everything OK.

A fishmonger in Vieste recommended this restaurant to us because I have gestational diabetes and therefore I was looking for a suitable restaurant. We first called to ask for information and book. The two of us ordered an octopus appetizer, troccoli with seafood, grilled vegetables, grilled fish, a coffee, a bitter, a water and two glasses of rosé, we spent around 80 euros. Well-prepared and well-presented dishes, friendly and attentive service. Beautiful location both inside and outside.

Gustus is undoubtedly in the top five of the best restaurants in Vieste! I could provide at least twenty good reasons to demonstrate what I have said. I will certainly start with the welcome from the dining room staff, who are highly trained and friendly. It immediately makes you feel at home! The service is attentive, impeccable. Waiting times are almost zero, even in the busiest periods. The internal rooms are clean, welcoming and particular. The menu is very vast and ranges from pizza to meat, from fish to vegetarian dishes. Everything is prepared with excellent quality raw materials, which is why every single dish is special! The pizza is superb! You don't feel like pizza, the fish and seafood are very fresh and prepared to perfection. The meat, according to my fellow diners (personally I don't eat it), is sensational, there is also excellent Angus up to particular cuts such as Tomahawk. Every day there are increasingly interesting off-menu dishes, in short, you just need to rely on the professionalism of Daniele and his colleagues to always eat truly special new dishes! The presentation of the dishes is impeccable. The wine list is very extensive and the open cellar is truly a gem. Excellent craft beers on tap. Desserts rigorously prepared by the chef, which couldn't be tastier. In short, I don't want to spoil too much, to avoid taking away the pleasure of amazement, but I really want to publicly congratulate all the staff for the excellent work done!!! So far there has never been anything that I have ordered that has not been to my liking, much less that the service has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Bellissimo il posto, bellissime le pietanze servite, la pizza molto buona😍. Piccolo neo ma a mio avviso non di poco conto, il personale professionale sì, ma troppo serio in quanto troppo oberato di lavoro!!! Il personale☀️ è il cuore❤️ di un'attività oltre al prodotto che vende.

Su consiglio ci siamo diretti al ristorante, per prenotare un tavolo ci abbiamo messo 15 minuti e altri 15 per prendere il tavolo quando siamo tornati per mangiare, incredibile è che ci sono parecchi camerieri che non possono far altro che dire che dobbiamo aspettare il metrè di sala. Comunque per quanto riguarda il mangiare è buono, sia la pizza che i piatti di pesce meritano, se non fosse per.. le attese, potrebbero rilevarsi meno puntigliosi .. in fatto di prenotazione o dei tavoli.
