LOCALE tipico con richiami alla Lucania. AMBIENTE RISCALDATO nonostante la sala sia enorme. Abbiamo gustato una pizza e delle fave con cicoria tipico prodotto. Il menu sembra dettagliato nel prodotto mare e terra. La particolarità che abbiamo apprezzato è stato la cordialità e gentilezza del gestore . Persona semplice , discreto ma PRESENTE. Alla fine ci è stato portato un amaro tipico ..ma il gesto carino è stato che ci ha lasciato la bottiglia sul tavolo. Mark Twain scrive: La gentilezza è il linguaggio che il sordo può sentire e il cieco può vedere. CONFERMO che nessun atto di gentilezza, per quanto piccolo, è mai sprecato. Quiet and quaint traditional restaurant. The food was excellent, although maybe the bruschetta could have used fresher bread and had a little more toppings. The selection of meats was good, but light on the amount of cheese. The pasta dish was cooked well with lots of flavor, and the recommended wine was perfect and well priced. The service was very slow, but he was the only waiter on it seems, so I can't fault him for that. The owner was helping a little but mostly visiting with guests. I witnessed on two occasions that people arrived and left before being seated, so don't come here if you are in a hurry. It's worth the wait if you want to take your time with your meal.
