Locale molto bello ed elegante con arredamento minimal. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. La cucina è eccezionale. Tutti i piatti sono curati e presentati benissimo. Materie prime di ottima qualità. Ritengo che sia uno dei migliori ristoranti in zona. Prezzo corretto.

Impeccable cuisine and service!

I was in this place on Thursday evening for dinner and I was fascinated from all points of view: modern and stylish location that fits perfectly with the idea of ​​the restaurant, impeccable service with Luca who accompanied us perfectly during dinner. I trusted the chef Valentina, and for this reason I chose the 5-course "surprise" tasting menu, a truly apt choice, I struggle to find a single flaw. (I will definitely return to taste the dishes on the à la carte menu) I recommend everyone to try this restaurant… excellent!

Non sono solito recensire ma in questo caso mi sembra veramente doveroso, detto questo non trovo molte parole per descrivere la serata se non quelle del titolo, tutto perfetto, ogni piatto ha avuto l’effetto wow, vino proposto in abbinamento eccellente e servizio impeccabile in un’ambiente molto bel curato, non c’è altro da aggiungere se non che ci tornerò sicuramente più volte, complimenti a tutti!!

We had dinner last night and were pleasantly surprised by the modern, very nice and tidy environment. The welcome and service were impeccable: we immediately felt at ease. The dishes? A delight for the sight and the palate: a perfect harmony of shapes, colors and flavours. The wine list is excellent. And with the dessert also came the happy birthday candle, an unexpected cuddle! Congratulations to chef Valentina and all the staff. Experience to be repeated.😋

Beautiful restaurant, with a beautiful modern style room and a service that welcomes you and accompanies you throughout the entire experience, truly as it should be. The menu includes a "tasting menu" consisting of 5 courses chosen by the chef, based on seasonality (which I highly recommend) and the à la carte menu. The tasting menu is a real experience that allows the chef to fully express herself; the flavors and dishes are really well made and the flavors of the dishes are fully felt. From the welcome to the completely vegan dessert, it was a truly excellent experience, with very high quality and care. Excellent quality/price ratio. A real gem to absolutely try (and maybe try again).

A lunch at the restaurant /gu.stà.re/oltrecucina in Borgomanero which pleasantly surprised us. The place is very welcoming, a few well-placed tables allow privacy and tranquility, as soon as we arrived they asked us about any food intolerances and what we don't like. We tasted the tasting menu: everything was excellent and well presented, the wines were excellent. A great compliment to Chef Valentina, each dish is a small work of art, the great passion for cooking is evident and everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. Not to be overlooked: the spotlessly clean bathrooms and, for drying your hands, white sponge wipes rolled up individually and arranged visible in many small compartments under the sink. We absolutely recommend.
