I had the pleasure of a truly extraordinary tasting experience, and I was thrilled from start to finish.
The experience began with a very fresh cuttlefish tartare, delicate and perfectly balanced in flavor, showcasing the quality of the raw material with great elegance. Each course was a crescendo of flavors, presented with care and attention to detail.
The finale was simply memorable: a surprising dessert, with an intense peanut flavor, even shaped like a peanut. Not only delicious, but also creative and spectacular, a perfect conclusion that demonstrates research, technique, and personality.
A special round of applause goes to the waiters, whose professionalism is impeccable... attentive, friendly, always present without being intrusive. They accompanied each dish with precise explanations and evident passion for their work.
The restaurant is super clean, with attention to every detail, and a welcoming and refined atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable.
Kudos to the chef, who truly outdid himself. You can sense his love for cooking, his creativity, and his desire to amaze without ever losing sight of the harmony of flavors.
An experience I absolutely recommend and can't wait to repeat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The restaurant is welcoming and elegant. We tried the Valentine's Day tasting menu; the five courses were excellent and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful evening!

I found everything almost perfect in this very airy place. The round tables, so well spaced, were beautiful, the idea of the "molleton"-style tablecloth with the elastic underneath keeping it taut was lovely, and the tableware was beautiful. The service was very attentive, extremely courteous but not stuffy. The menu offers four choices for each type of dish. I opted for a panko-breaded cauliflower steak with béarnaise sauce and black truffle. My husband, on the other hand, preferred a veal round with hazelnut mayonnaise (amazing!) and caper powder. To follow, I had an excellent quail risotto and for him a terrine of rib eye steak, which, however, he said wasn't up to par with the rest. To finish, a rather minimal dessert, but that was fine by me. We accompanied dinner with a good bottle of Barbera from Pio Cesare (a winery I particularly love). Be careful with the wine; the markups are excessive, in my opinion. In any case, we had a great time and will definitely be back.

The restaurant, though small, offers a compelling culinary offering, enhanced by an excellent five-course tasting menu. Service is well-executed and professional, although it could benefit from greater interaction between the wait staff and guests. A more engaging approach would add a touch of personality that would make guests want to return not only for the quality of the food, but also for the service experience, making it warmer and more personalized.
