I tried the Truffles pizza, it was around 13 euros. The pizza was very good. The problem I had was waiting in line, it was raining outside. There was no need to wait in line to sit outside. After waiting for 15 minutes, when I told them I was the only person, they told me it was too full inside and made me sit outside. However, the pizza was very delicious.

The pizza was good. They have good options of pizzas but not was I was looking for. However I tried one with the spicy salami and added ham. I love the pizza with 3+meats. Reasonable prices. Just done go during lunch hours, you will have to wait for 15-20 minutes.

This place serves pizza straight out of heaven!! Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had, the staff is so welcoming and the service is fast! Went twice during my 3-day stay in Florence and would definitely come back for more! 🫶🏻

Excellent!! The best pizza we've had in Italy. Even in Rome. The guys do a great job with simple pizzas but amazing flavors. Wood-fired oven, everything is made on site in front of your eyes. Even the queue we waited in was worth it. The shop is not to blame for the queue. They can't do anything about it. Just the same. They are super fast. Well done and well done again! We got Pizza Pesto and Pizza Porcini

We tried their own pizza, Gusto pizza. The ingredients were plentiful and delicious. It was good for us to be selective when they put a picture of the meat of the animal they used in the menu. If you sit at the table, they charge a coperta fee of 2 euros per person. Since the weather was nice, we bought takeaways and enjoyed our meal with the locals on the stairs a little further. The toilet is not very clean.

After eating a pizza in this restaurant I am mixed. The view of the kitchen is pleasant, the cooking over a wood fire in front of us too. I wanted to taste a classic "funghi" pizza, I was quite disappointed by the very simple tomato sauce and especially the canned mushrooms, instead of fresh mushrooms! It would have made all the difference and without taking much more time in the kitchen. My partner had a mortadella pizza, good but not delicious either. Perhaps an idea of ​​pizzas in Italy from our point of view as tourists, which spoils our taste pleasure a little. The service is nice though :)

The food , the atmosphere ,the music and the servers are the best here! They are so welcoming and u don't even get the chance to getbored waiting for ur order. We got 2 pizzas one 4 fromagi and one margheritta it was nice but i give the menu 3 stars cause there is no halal meat

Gusta Pizza is, without a doubt, the best pizza I’ve had in Florence! This small yet incredible restaurant is a favorite among both locals and tourists, as there's always a line during dinner time. I became a regular here, and it never disappointed me. The pizzas are top-notch, with standout options like the pesto burrata, truffle, and the signature Gusta pizza – each one better than the last! They don’t take reservations, but that’s never been an issue for me because I don't mind waiting in lines. Plus, they offer a separate to-go line, which is a nice touch for when you want to grab a slice and enjoy it elsewhere, like in the Santo Spirito square. The prices for a whole pizza range from 9 to 16 euros, which is more than reasonable given the quality. It’s an excellent deal for such delicious, authentic pizza. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re in Florence and craving a delicious pizza, Gusta Pizza is an absolute must-visit!

Malgré l endroit touristique, nous avons beaucoup de chance de franchir la porte de ce superbe restaurant toscan. La salle est très belle, la cuisine est savoureuse et copieuse. Le restaurant semble aussi bien connu des locaux, ce qui est un gage de qualité. Un remerciement spécial pour la serveuse qui y travaille depuis de longues années et qui n'a pas perdu son amour d'un service de qualité et souriant.
