I had the pleasure of having lunch here, everything was perfect, almost excellent.... I would have liked to eat more, but no one considered me a sin. There were so many things that looked good, but I waited so long that I didn't have time to eat anything else.

Finally a cuisine without a "masterchef in the head": simple but well made, excellent, plentiful and also economical. Only the service was a little "rough"... but a bad day happens to everyone. Well done "Officina del gusto"

Dinner with friends, a lovely plate of tagliatelle with chanterelle mushrooms, and a generous Bolognese cutlet (this will be my second time eating it). Prices are average; the first and second course, plus drinks and dessert, cost about €30. So we might go back.

Coming from Tuscany we really appreciated this Emilian Officina del Gusto. After the platter of cured meats, cheeses and tigelline, the first courses deserve a special mention: a delight for the sight, a triumph for the palate. A bit of disappointment for the desserts for which we expected more... given the previous dishes. The environment is beautiful!!

I haven't left my table yet, but I already want to leave a very positive review. The food is excellent and the price is just as good, the service is fast, and the atmosphere is welcoming!

05/10/2025: I was passing through the Marche region and into Veneto, and it's also conveniently located, being close to the highway. A very unique and welcoming place. Many traditional dishes, prepared with care. I ordered fresh tortelli with mortadella and porcini mushroom fondue, which were very good. For my main course, I chose the braciola "ucriacata" (sautéed pork chop) with onion. The sauce was good, but the meat was a bit dry, but with the accompanying braised meat sauce, it wasn't a problem. The wine was also good, and the staff was helpful, kind, and accommodating. Definitely worth a try!
