I had the pleasure of having lunch here, everything was perfect, almost excellent.... I would have liked to eat more, but no one considered me a sin. There were so many things that looked good, but I waited so long that I didn't have time to eat anything else.

Finally a cuisine without a "masterchef in the head": simple but well made, excellent, plentiful and also economical. Only the service was a little "rough"... but a bad day happens to everyone. Well done "Officina del gusto"

Dinner with friends, a lovely plate of tagliatelle with chanterelle mushrooms, and a generous Bolognese cutlet (this will be my second time eating it). Prices are average; the first and second course, plus drinks and dessert, cost about €30.
So we might go back.

Coming from Tuscany we really appreciated this Emilian Officina del Gusto. After the platter of cured meats, cheeses and tigelline, the first courses deserve a special mention: a delight for the sight, a triumph for the palate. A bit of disappointment for the desserts for which we expected more... given the previous dishes. The environment is beautiful!!

Torno qui dopo qualche tempo, siamo in 2, scelte diverse per il primo piatto , tortellini in brodo e risotto agli asparagi , entrambi buonissimi e in porzioni abbondanti, secondo uguale, vitello tonnato ottimo. Abbiamo bevuto un ottimo calice di vino rosso ed acqua, sempre gustoso il pane fatto in casa e chiusura con un buon caffè.
