We tried the tasting menu and it was all really delicious. Perfect service not intrusive and the timing was perfect. In the end everything was balanced. We left very happy with this experience. The craft beer is also worth trying.

Everything was perfect, I took the fixed menu and I couldn't have made a better choice. All the dishes from the appetizer to the dessert were presented well and with a flavor that catapulted me into the past when I went to my grandmother's house and she cooked for me with love. Table service carried out by trained and kind staff.

Piedmontese cuisine with tasty dishes.
Try the grissinopoli. Courteous service.
Lots of space between tables. What needs improvement: too much sauce on the fassona steak, so the taste of the meat is lost.

Piedmontese restaurant in the center of Turin.
The place looks modern, with minimal furnishings and a few well-spaced tables. Excellent selection of wines, displayed on the walls of the restaurant itself.
The truffle pasta is particularly good, as are the 4 menus present, carefully prepared and with a coherent selection of dishes and ingredients.
Great place for a romantic dinner.

Restaurant ouvert depuis deux ans environ, nous y étions, nous y sommes retournés, très belle carte des vins , cuisine quasi exclusivement Piémontaise, plats très bien cuisinés,élaborés à base de produits locavore de haute qualités, Nous vous recommandons les plats avec tartufo bianco d’Alba une merveille gastronomique !
Les prix ont augmentés mais restent raisonnable pour ce restaurant gastronomique. L’ambiance ( de ce soir là ) nous l’avons trouvés un peu guindé et tristoune , loin des ambiances Italiennes que nous connaissons habituellement. Mais cela nous a permis de nous concentrer pleinement sur nos assiettes et notre flacon de Barolo !

Atmosfera elegante, personale caloroso, attento e cordiale, piatti semplici ma, al contempo, gustosi, bilanciati, perfetti.
Un menù degustazione che ti fa assaporare Torino e le sue tradizioni, senza, per questo, osare quanto basta con la rivisitazione e senza risultare troppo oneroso.
Che favolosa scoperta, che porteremo nei nostri ricordi di viaggio! Grazie ❤️
