Centrally located. Free parking nearby. Unfortunately in mid-June the summer season has not yet started and therefore Cervinia is semi-deserted. Hotel needs maintenance. There is no air conditioning. Breakfast: good

Nice location and courteous receptionist service. Breakfast needs to be completely revised and the room furnishings are mediocre despite the 4 stars

We ate in the restaurant so can’t comment on the hotel. Beautiful setting. However, it was extremely busy and the staff all appeared stressed and not particularly friendly. We were given a wine menu but no selection of other drinks/soft drinks which we borrowed from the adjacent table. Waited ages to order. When the food eventually came, it was all delicious (despite a piece of plastic being found in one of the pasta dishes - clearly evidence of rushed kitchen staff - however, the staff were apologetic and removed the dish from our bill and also gave a complimentary dessert). Overall, we were disappointed as the restaurant looked lovely and there was a great atmosphere.

The room and bathroom should have more hooks for towels and clothes. Wardrobes should have more shelves. Also, wifi is way too slow! Apart from that, we love this hotel with it's great staff. Very nice and cosy interior, very good food and perfectly located in the village with a very short walk to the chairlifts and slopes. No surprice we have returned, and will probably come another year again.

The staff in a structure is what really makes the difference: Mariapia and Ida at the reception offer a welcome like true 5-star hotel professionals, who have not failed to solve all our problems. Excellent restaurant, high quality food for Cervinia standards. The only flaw: the wellness center does not have a changing room but at the same time the windows are not mirrored and you can see everything from the outside... For the rest, I absolutely recommend 👍🏻
