We are here in Rome as part of our Italian course at school. Our teacher, who knows Rome like the back of his hand because he lived here for two years and has been there many times. He gave us the following criteria for a real Italian pizzeria: 1. No candles on the table (since Italians want to see you eat) 2. Visible oven 3. no fabric tablecloth (Italians tend to make a mess when eating pizza and paper surfaces are simply much more practical) All of these criteria have been met here and this is also noticeable in the taste. In addition, super nice staff and delicious drinks (also to go), the Hibu-Spritz deserves special mention

Un’ottima pizza romana nel bel mezzo del quartiere Monti. Diciamo che non e’ la mia prima scelta (questo il motivo delle 4 stelle), ma sicuramente una soluzione valida se si vuole mangiare la vera pizza scrocchiarella magari prima di un calice di vino o un gelato tra i vicoli del Rione Monti.
