The anticipation of those who said, "Let's go eat meat," probably misled me. I was imagining a grilled steak, but instead, at the counter, there are breaded strips, Apulian bombette, and sausage. You can, however, have a steak cut for you. We had spicy strips and a couple of eggplant and asparagus bombette. Tasty, but for me, everything was too spicy; it seemed fried, and I had a hard time digesting it.
The place is charming, but the acoustics aren't very good; everything echoes. It was crowded even though it was a Thursday night, so I had a hard time hearing the person sitting across from me.

A great find. A typical Apulian steakhouse experience with a counter to choose your meat. The highest quality grilled meat, the sirloin was incredibly tender! The bombette were also excellent. A must-try if you're looking for a great steak!

A casual eatery serving traditional Apulian cuisine: bombettes of all flavors, and more. Sausages, ribs, and more are available to eat in, take away, or even raw to bring a bit of Puglia home. Apulian wines and beers are a must.

Dinner with colleagues. The idea of choosing your meat from a wide selection, which they then cook for you, was great. The quality was excellent. The only downside was that the place was a bit noisy. But that certainly makes up for the quality of the dinner.
