The side dishes are also very good, varied and tasty, perfect for accompanying the meat. The desserts, however, are the menu's least appealing aspect: good, but not up to the standard of the rest of the offerings. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and very quick with service, contributing to a casual and pleasant atmosphere. Everything was perfect, the food was excellent. Takeout is available, cooked or raw. The prices are fair for a butcher shop that makes elaborate meat preparations. But the atmosphere is a bit too noisy due to the customers' chatter, even though there are only a few of them. The fault is most likely due to the architecture of the overly large concave perimeter frames, which create sonic reverberation, bouncing sounds and noises from one side to the other toward the center of the room (this is physics). It's fine for a scenic decor effect, but not for a dining room with diners. Perhaps some sound-absorbing panels could solve the problem.
