We arrive in Partschins and our first stop is the Grasweger cellar. It's like coming home. The food is amazing, and Julian, Hias, Armin, Mimi, Evi, and Grandma are all really kind people! It's always a wonderful experience.

Absolutely top-notch! Hospitality as you would wish for! The food was truly sensational. Beautiful view! They even catered to our every need! The handmade Schlutzkrapfen were delicious, as were the schnitzels! And the fine Swiss pine schnapps! And the friendly conversations! Many thanks to the chef and the family! The Grasweger is a very special place for us. As soon as you arrive, you immediately feel welcome – almost as if you were coming home. The warm hospitality of the hosts, the incredibly delicious food, and the breathtaking view make every visit special. It's that typical South Tyrolean coziness that you can feel in every corner. For us, it's a place to feel good, unwind, and enjoy – and one we'll gladly return to again and again. Absolutely recommended!

04/09/2025: We stayed at this inn during a short motorcycle trip. We were able to park the motorcycles in the hotel's own carport. There are also several guest parking spaces in front of the hotel. The inn's location is ideal for motorcycle or bicycle tours. Bolzano can be reached in about 30 minutes. The rooms were modern and exceptionally clean. Rooms can be booked with breakfast only or half board. Dinner a la carte is also available. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. For vegetarians, I would recommend the breakfast option and dinner a la carte. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
01/09/2025: Our review focuses on the restaurant, where we had lunch and had a truly top-notch experience, both in terms of food and service. My husband and I shared a portion of truly delicious spinach-filled schlutzkrapfen, followed by a plate of beef cheek with polenta and vegetables, and finally a plate of salmon with grilled vegetables—all beautifully presented and delicious. Congratulations!
