Grantosco In Grosseto

I visited this restaurant with my daughters while traveling from Rome to La Spezia. And it was a great experience, the food was excellent and great admiration for the owner, she managed everything herself. I will definitely stop here for a meal when I visit Tuscany again.

La signora Camelia, con la sua passione e professionalità, delizia gli ospiti con creazioni culinarie straordinarie. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaporare un baccalà mantecato su vellutata di patate, una carbonara Grantosco dal sapore intenso e avvolgente, e una spigola dalla cottura perfetta, morbida e saporita, che ha conquistato il palato di (un Catanese) un amante del pesce come me. Il servizio è impeccabile, la carta dei vini ben selezionata e adatta a ogni portata. E per concludere in bellezza, il dolce Gran Forchetta è stato una vera sorpresa: un’esplosione di sapori che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più memorabile.

Posto incantevole, accogliente e molto curato dove si mangia altrettanto bene, piatti curati e super gustosi, consiglio il picio al polpo super delizioso! Per non parlare della titolare molto gentile e simpatica! Ti fa sentire a casa! Ristorante da 10! Complimenti!

I ate at this restaurant in January on my birthday, and it was a happy choice. The dishes are prepared with care, between classic and originality, explained competently by the owner. I ate land dishes but the restaurant also offers fish-based dishes. When I return to Grosseto it will be my go-to place to try other dishes

Nice and well-kept place, excellent food, but portions, especially of the pici, certainly not generous (after the starter, first course and dessert, I left hungry). In this period the tables close to the entrance door are not pleasant. Attentive service and fair price.

Food and service are excellent, atmosphere is great thanks to the courtesy and friendliness of the owner. Gran Tosco offers plenty of well prepared and delicious dishes and has an excellent wine choice. I do recommend it to visitors and tourists if they happen to stay in or stroll through the center of Grosseto.
