Granaio – Caffè e Cucina In Milano

24/04/2025: Unfortunately this time too the experience was not positive. Out of 3 totems for ordering, only one worked and every now and then it stopped (other times it happened that they all didn't work) Dinner time on a Thursday, so a long queue, even at the cash register. I tried with the App, but it was slow. A lady had to redo everything because the order hadn't been taken, so she was left in the queue again. Small staff and quite slow, they often forgot something. It once happened to me that Coca-Cola cans were hot, but being tinned, they seemed cool on the outside; having opened them, they could not change them. Really a shame: the piadinas are good (even if the costs are excessive) but overall and given that it's not the first time this has happened, the service isn't up to par.
