We were here for dinner on 31/12, a chaotic evening by definition. We found a warm, welcoming, quite intimate environment, in its simplicity. A very kind and attentive service, we were pampered and ate at the right times, without long waits and without stuffing ourselves, with a mouth-watering all-carte menu. Delicious food, excellent wine, top staff and owners. Truly a beautiful experience. Well done, and thank you!!

I don’t like giving mediocre ratings, but I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the food here. Service (and wine selection/price) was great, but they won’t get repeat customers until they improve the kitchen.

We very much enjoyed our dinner at Godimento. It is a cozy, authentic restaurant off the beaten path in the sense that it's a street over from the main street through town. The food was tasty and reasonably priced; my husband thought the steak was the best he's had during our stay in Tuscany. The restaurant is built into the hill and has caves with an interesting archeological past - with fossils and lava! Godimento also has a large terrace that would be lovely in warmer weather.

Tappa fissa a Montepulciano e proviamo questo grazioso ristorante situato in centro ma al tempo stesso fuori dal caos. Ci accomodiamo nel piccolo terrazzino prospicente al locale vista la temperatura gradevole (ma gli interni sono veramente molto suggestivi, praticamente una vecchia cantina affascinante).
Tagliolini al tartufo da favola e fiorentina porzionata davanti a noi direttamente dal titolare. Qualità alta e cottura perfetta.
Il tutto innaffiato con ottimo Nobile riserva.
Peccato i dolci fatti da loro ma non all'altezza del resto (il 5° pallino manca solo per questo).
Comunque esperienza molto positiva. Provatelo.
