We showed up about 1.5 hours before closing. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us pick a really good bottle of wine. They have a very cool wine cellar. We ordered the truffle pasta and the pork dish, in addition to the wine. The truffle pasta was incredible. Very flavorful, the sauce was creamy with a lot of truffles, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. One of the best pastas we’ve had so far. The pork dish was unfortunately not anywhere up to par. It was wrapped in a pastry crust and covered in a cranberry type sauce. While the flavors were great, it was clearly cooked hours earlier and left under a heater. The pork was extremely dried out. It came with a side of potatoes that were wrapped in foil, also reheated and dry. It was no where near the quality of the pasta dish. Overall the wine and pasta was amazing, we just wish we were told that they were out of the pork so we could have ordered two pasta dishes instead of the last reheated piece of pork.

Nice terrace to sit outside. Right off the busy street so it’s a little quieter. The food, service, and atmosphere was excellent!

A lovely couple run the place. But the highlight is definitely the tiramisu. It’s the best tiramisu we’ve EVER had.

We saw this place while wandering around the side streets for lunch in Montepulciano, which is full of surprises, and we decided to try our luck, because why not, we are travelers and we love making such experiments. As in Italy in general, it did not disappoint us, thank you Italian cuisine. For those who say they don't like gnocchi, give this plate a try. You can also enjoy truffle fettuccine with a glass of wine, everything was great.

Posto nel centro storico di Montepulciano siamo stati accolti, penso dai proprietari, gentilissimi con grande familiarità e coltura del buon gustare e bere le etichette del Montepulciano. Abbiamo decustato dagli antipasti al dessert , cantucci nel vin santo Montepulciano, nel rispetto della cucina locale senza influenze cucina gourmet.Lascio la curiosità di vivere la mia esperienza a Montepulciano.

We had lunch today with friends and we noticed a lot of friendliness and good food. The place is characteristic and is located in the historic center of the town. We ate chicken steak, tasty and very tender, and tagliatelle with white cinta senese ragù, delicate and tasty at the same time. Compliments to the kitchen and in particular to the kindness of the lady.

Spectacular location, like the dishes eaten. Excellent price quality. Very kind, friendly, customer-focused staff. He knows how to advise very well, always in the client's interest. Fiorentina top! We will be back for sure.

04/08/2025: A pleasant and well-maintained hotel offering a comfortable stay. However, the pricing feels somewhat excessive given the overall value provided. The location is adequate, though noticeably removed from the city's more vibrant and desirable attractions, which may pose a slight inconvenience for those wishing to explore the area more easily.
24/07/2025: Parking is available on site. Luggage is delivered to and from the room by a service. The complex consists of a 12th-century monastery and other outbuildings. The room is large, clean, and well-equipped. Personally, I missed having a wardrobe to unpack my suitcase. However, we were there for almost a week. Most visitors only stay two to three nights. The outdoor pool is absolutely fantastic. There are plenty of loungers, as long as they aren't double-booked by Americans (sun and shade). We didn't use the rest of the spa area; we were always out and about. The staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is served on the terrace in good weather, and the selection is good. Now for the negatives: the dinner could definitely be better in terms of quality. We tried the food twice and were disappointed both times. The steak was tough for us, and the steak was tough for the next table two days later. One even went back to the kitchen. My pasta with ragu tasted more like a snack bar. I've been passionate about cooking authentic Italian food for years. I buy authentic Italian products. The food was a complete disappointment. We hadn't expected anything different. We weren't even asked for our opinion at checkout. Nobody seemed to care. Summary: Top-notch facilities and staff, dinner in the village or on the go.

05/06/2025: Estando en Toscana desea probar el vino Chianti. Sí, lo tengo y mucho más. Hemos paseado junto a los viñedos y olivos, hemos saltado a los establos y hemos aprendido dónde y cómo se crea el vino. Todo el grupo de nosotros tuvimos un maravilloso tiempo de cata de vinos, disfrutando de maridaje de vino con productos locales. La cena se basó en la granja local y la comida de temporada y hemos aplaudido. Una señora que estaba celebrando su cumpleaños el mismo día tuvo la oportunidad de beber vino de la copa muy especial. Quedamos fascinados con el paisaje, la comida de gran calidad y el vino de Dios y sobre todo apreciamos el amor y el cuidado de la familia y todo el equipo. Saludos y gracias, Salute e Gracie, bravi.
08/05/2025: Asistimos al almuerzo en este hermoso entorno rural no lejos de San Gimignano. La pasta y el ragu estaba tan delicioso que pregunté sobre él y descubrí que tienen un libro de cocina de la granja. Sus vinos orgánicos y aceite de oliva también eran deliciosos y están disponibles para su compra en la tienda. Aparentemente también es posible quedarse en la granja, que estoy seguro de que sería una experiencia encantadora.
