It's located just above the main square in Zafferana, and has outdoor seating. The staff is friendly, especially the tall, blond guy... I'll definitely be back...

An extraordinary experience on a food and wine journey worthy of the most authentic Sicilian tradition. You can only taste the true "Siciliana" there: I recommend the classic with tuma cheese, black pepper, and anchovies. You will be enchanted and won over by the hospitality of the Toscano family, including the chefs and the staff at the Hospitality at the tables. You will enjoy linguine with fresh anchovies and crumbs, with an unparalleled flavor of pine nuts and raisins, unique in all of Eastern Sicily. Highly recommended. Advocate Maddalena.

Very welcoming location, like being at a friend's house. The food is excellent, especially the typical Sicilian pasta, which is truly delicious. The service is efficient and fast. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.
