Great experience! We are trying to eat at all of the Michelin star restaurants in Rome and this one is not to be missed. Very approachable, without being too casual. The chef/owner creates some very unique dishes. The tasting menu was fantastic and quite filling with all of the accompaniments. While this is not a vegetarian restaurant they do offer a vegetarian tasting menu as an option. The service was immediate without being rushed. The wine list was phenomenal. fantastico!

An unforgettable evening at the Glass Hostaria in Trastevere! The service was first-class, attentive, and warm without being intrusive. The decor and atmosphere—modern, elegant, and perfectly coordinated—immediately create a special ambiance. A highlight was that Christina, the chef, personally came to our table and greeted us—a wonderful gesture that made the evening even more special. We opted for the vegetarian tasting menu, which impressed us with its creativity, balance, and flavor in every course. The eggplant was simply perfect—we've never tasted anything better! We would also like to particularly emphasize the consideration given to my wife's gluten intolerance: The menu was customized and lovingly adapted—everything was delicious. A big thank you to the entire team and to Christina for this exceptional evening. Highly recommended—a culinary experience of the highest caliber!

While the menu is slightly limited and unique, the food is spectacular, as is the service. Highly recommend for a special night out.

We chose the tasting menu here and ordered two bottles of wine as well. The restaurant is stylish and atmospheric, service was attentive, and most of the dishes impressed us. We were particularly pleased with the wine recommendations by the sommelier (both taste and price) and by Chef Christina who visited our table multiple times to say hello and check in. A couple of items of feedback affected our experience somewhat that I hope the team will consider: 1. One of our party could not eat seafood, which we notified the restaurant about a month in advance and again before dinner. When we showed up they seemed unsure how to handle it and offered the vegetarian menu instead of substitutions since several of the dishes contained seafood. To me, this is a pretty lazy move by the kitchen for a restaurant of this caliber with a month lead-time, considering other restaurants would've offered replacement dishes with non-seafood proteins. 2. We mentioned ahead of time that we were celebrating a special occasion but no one on the staff commented on this or made any effort to recognize it during the meal. We don't expect any freebies but to not even say anything about it feels dismissive.

Relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful and welcoming setting. Service is attentive and professional, but never over the top. Creative cuisine without excess, with a solid and confident touch, for an experience definitely worth trying. Prices are in line with the city's Michelin-starred restaurants, although the wine markup is perhaps excessive.

Wonderful experience, had the tasting menu — perfect portion, didn’t leave feeling hungry or overly full. The dishes were perfectly balanced in flavour, innovative, some Japanese/ Turkish inspired but deeply Romanian

What an experience! What kindness, what creativity, what talent! The three of us had the Glass menu with wine pairing for €70. From the beginning to the end of the meal, we enjoyed the incredible flavors, contrasts, and textures - with impeccable service. Chef Cristina came by our table several times and assisted with the service. A treat - highly recommended - you have to go.
