The sashimi and Ravioli were very good. A couple of other dishes were bland. The bread was good. But should’ve been sliced not quartered

(60 monthy aged Parmisan cheese stuffed ravioli, Fratelli Brazzale butter seasonal truffle) 4️⃣Celeriac pizza (Celery root fake pizza) 5️⃣Parmigiana according to Glass (Glass version of Parmigiana) 6️⃣Cooked passion fruit cream, dulce de leche, popcorn ice cream. Excellent restaurant! Amazing service, delicious food, listening to the customer's needs and adjusting the menu according to the various requests. I gave the waiter a free hand in matching the wine, and it upgraded the experience even more (super precise matching!) Recommended Recommended Recommended We will definitely be back

I have nothing to say about the cooking techniques or the service, both impeccable, but the tasting did not completely convince me. Some dishes seemed unbalanced to me, especially in the attempt to contaminate traditional elements with Asian flavours. For example, the tortellini left me quite perplexed. Of course, my opinion is based solely on personal taste

If I could give this restaurant service an 11/10 I would, our flight got delayed and they were able to accommodate changing our booking for a later time, once we got there everyone was amazing especially Virginia and Ricardo ❤️ starting off on such a high note the food truly exceeded expectations. A modern take on Italian food but not a pretentious restaurant at all, would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for anyone coming to visit Rome. The pork neck was a highlight and the ravioli amitriciana was unreal.

Good morning, I took my family there for their Christmas present. Impeccable service, great atmosphere. Tasty dish. Unforgettable experience I highly recommend.

Experience to do at least once in a lifetime. I took the six-course tasting menu and didn't regret it. Truly special dishes with attention to detail, some with rather strong but always pleasant flavours. The vegetarian option is also excellent. Very welcoming and helpful dining room staff. Super recommended.

Several times in this place, almost once for each time in Caput Mundi. I ate the most exciting dish of my life here. Top ingredients, treated with affection and perfection. Excellent cellar, variable and always amazing menu. Empathy with the staff and infinite availability. One evening I showed up late to ask for a solo sweet, just to see if they "got it" just because they were known and Mrs. Cristina was famous: I was pampered despite my disturbance and I came out with a reservation and a lot of happiness.
