Several times in this place, almost once for each time in Caput Mundi. I ate the most exciting dish of my life here. Top ingredients, treated with affection and perfection. Excellent cellar, variable and always amazing menu. Empathy with the staff and infinite availability. One evening I showed up late to ask for a solo sweet, just to see if they "got it" just because they were known and Mrs. Cristina was famous: I was pampered despite my disturbance and I came out with a reservation and a lot of happiness.

My husband and I came here to treat ourselves not only on our honeymoon but also because it was Thanksgiving. We are both foodies and thought this would be the perfect occasion to try our first Michelin star restaurant. I was nervous due to other reviews and the price of the meal. But nerves were eased in every step. Entering the restaurant was welcoming and an intimate atmosphere. We had lots of questions and the staff did a great job at walking us through and ensuring we had the best experience. The food. THE FOOD. My tastebuds were having a party with every bite. It was nothing like I had ever ate, in the best way. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairing, which was a lot of fun. It left us full and happy. Chef came out and greeted all of her guests and even gave us a special desert since it was our honeymoon. The people that gave a one or two star review must have gone to the place next door, there is no way that we had the same experience. Thank you Glass Hostaria for a beautiful meal and a warm introduction to Michelin rated cuisines. This was a Thanksgiving we will always remember.

This area of Rome was once home to some special food places, now it's mostly crap for tourists. To each their own. Those who want something unique and special (and don't mind spending a bit more money) absolutely need to visit Glass. Despite having a Michelin star, it has a relaxed ambiance. The staff is professional but happy to be open and personal. The lighting is as every restaurant should be: not bright. Master Chef Christina will visit your table for a greeting, and check if everything is satisfactory. And the food is an experience.

Wow, this food is SO good. Very upscale. Try it if you want an amazing culinary experience with flavors of Italy, not if you just want another slice of pizza or bowl of pasta.

I had lunch in this wonderful place today with my girlfriend, everything was perfect from the welcome to the bill. We opted for the chef's tasting menu to taste a bit of everything, excellent wine list with good proposals for each region, a Ligurian red accompanied our lunch. Absolute favorite pork neck dish among those tasted. Highly recommended for those who want to have a different experience and taste particular and well-presented combinations. Deserved star

I booked a table for a small group while visiting Rome, and I am so glad we chose this restaurant. I wanted to try Cristina Bowerman’s food for some time now as I love experiencing the innovation of female chefs. When we walked in we had the warmest welcome, and were graciously escorted to our table upstairs. We all had different dietary needs and they seamlessly accommodated them all. The opening amuse bouche was out of this world. I will dream of it forever more. Each course was a feast for the eyes and senses. I was delighted every moment, and the service could not have been better. I will definitely return on each future trip to Rome.

17/01/2025: I arrived at this restaurant with a group of friends-colleagues-former university classmates. It was 8.45pm and the place was packed...I thought: "we'll eat at midnight". One of us was late, and therefore there was a free place at the table, so often some waiter would pass by and ask: "Are you free?"... so much so that I thought: "maybe he'll need cutlery and/ or the chair “??? I THINKED WRONG!!! It was to ask if anyone was missing to take "THE COMMAND", as they say in the jargon, as soon as possible. I had to change my mind...They were SUPER FAST in bringing us the appetizers, first courses and second courses. I had the bruschetta, with the right mix of garlic and tomato, and the mixed fried foods, wonderfully crunchy and without a "hint" of oil. TARTARI Fettuccine (because I always want to taste the dish that has the name of the place... in this case the name of the street) because it should be the best and often it is: this time it was. My friends took the steak menu and the sliced ​​menu (very nice thing: there is also the kebab menu, the pizza menu, the frying menu and finally the KIDS menu... excellent solution) and they were very satisfied. The only flaw, compared to the rest, is the lack of variety of desserts... although I found my beloved "cake with a warm chocolate heart" truly superb! Friendly (despite the packed house and the enormous workload) and friendly waiters. Excellent value for money Overall a must TRY P.S. Excellent reviews of the pizzas came from the tables next door… Giuseppe Stirparo, a Calabrian dentist who has moved to Rome since 1984
