We spent a lovely night at the wonderful vegan restaurant. The staff was very friendly, the place was charming and the food delicious. The drinks were masterfully made!

Wonderful vegan meals in a comfortable environment with very personable service. From the cocktails to the desserts, everything was delicious, with several unusual dishes.

I'm not a vegetarian, much less vegan, but here I was able to appreciate creativity, originality, research, accuracy. A truly pleasant surprise both for the quality and taste of the proposals and for the captivating presentation of the dishes (even the eye wants its part!), but above all for the empathy, affability, enthusiasm and courage ( Let's face it, it takes courage and confidence to offer exclusively vegan cuisine in the owners' land of steaks and cured meats. Well done!

Super cute place! Loved the decor and design it’s very fun, clever, and chic. The food was nice. Healthy and light. Unfortunately as I was leaving I had an unpleasant experience with one of the owners. He got snappy and an attitude with me over asking a question. It left a sour taste in my mouth after what was a nice meal. Maybe he was having a bad day as all the other reviews mention nothing about issues with the service. Either way, food was good, but not good enough to ignore the unpleasant interaction. Feelings are always valid, but being respectful and kind is necessary regardless of our feelings especially in customer service.

Calling it a restaurant is an understatement. Scara and Beo is an experience. A little corner of paradise for vegans and non-vegans. The main characteristic is the care in what is done to those who add love, professionalism, friendliness and empathy. A true example of courageous and one-of-a-kind Italian catering. The location is fantastic, nestled in the jewel of Cortona, a magnificent and ancient city which sees its ancient influences also in this splendid reality. The owners are fantastic, there is no shortage of friendliness and friendliness. The dishes are refined, unique and make lunch an opportunity to explore tastes and pleasure in vegan cuisine. A magical and recommended place where you can enjoy excellent dishes and drink wines of absolute quality. When you visit Cortona, stop by Scara and Beo, you won't regret it.

Thank you very much for this experience. I can only recommend that everyone, whether vegan or not, go and test it. Even my husband, who has been rather critical of vegan food, was thrilled. It's just a shame that this location doesn't exist near us. Absolutely recommended.😍

What you don't expect in the land of "fat": an excellent vegan restaurant with excellent gastronomic proposals that are not classic dishes in a vegan version, but proposals with their own identity! Compliments to Scara and Beo, excellent hosts. Highly recommended!!!!

Wonderful, healthy plant-based food, wonderful service, and wonderful view! The only restaurant we went back to a second time!!
