Excellent food, suggestive location in the old Barga (LU), adequate service. Just a little long with the times, but nothing major, in the evening we go out to chat. Excellent choice of wines, adequate bill. To try

Barga, an ancient and evocative medieval town with its wonderful and panoramic Duomo, we had dinner at the Giro di Boa restaurant, a pleasant and characteristic environment, good food and fair prices, polite and efficient staff

The food and service here is amazing. What an absolutely great way for us to experience our first meal in Italy. We were nervous about speaking Italian (poorly) but the staff were great and spoke English fluently, making it much easier to get acquainted with Italy and ease into the culture. The food was delicious and fresh. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the pasta was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Had the fish and chips. Husband had calamari and prawns. Tempura batter was good. On his dish and mine. But, it was so salty!!

Ho cenato in questo locale una sera di marzo 2024. All'esterno del locale vi sono elementi che richiamano al Regno Unito, in particolare l'iconica cabina telefonica rossa, e una grande bandiera scozzese. Sono stato incuriosito dal menù che offriva, tra i vari piatti a base di pesce, anche "fish n'chips". Sono entrato, senza aver prenotato, e sono stato servito subito, in modo cordiale. Ho provato un antipasto, fish n'chips e, per finire, torta di mele e gelato. Tutto buono.

15/08/2024: As authentic as you could get. Best picas in the area 👌 picas are still cooked in a wood owen. Been there twice and going again. Highly recommend.
13/08/2024: Good pizza. We have been here twice and always liked it. Reservations are required in the evening, it is often quite busy. You may have to wait a while at peak times.

20/08/2024: I have been going to this restaurant for years now and it has now become a regular stop. I have never been disappointed by either the food or the service. Those few times where I had to complain about something the staff immediately fixed it. The location is really nice and the staff, as already mentioned, is very friendly and helpful. The food, despite being all you can eat, is of good quality. In my opinion the best all you can eat in Versikua
