The service leaves something to be desired, the girl who serves is not very presentable and above all she seems to have no pleasure in carrying out her tasks.
I find the owner to be a bit careless, especially with customers I've never seen.
As far as the food is concerned, I would say it's good, they are certainly better prepared in the kitchen!

I found myself very well: the quality of the raw materials is very high, the dishes are delicious and offer good value for money. However, what leads me to give 4 stars is the technique used in the kitchen: I would have liked a creamier risotto.
I also gave 4 stars for the service, which, although adequate, was not particularly exciting.
The wine list is excellent and demonstrates a deep knowledge of the sector.
Finally, the location is simply gorgeous: I was left speechless. Every corner of the restaurant is cared for and conveys the history that characterizes it.

Erano anni che non venivo. L’ambiente è carino ed il personale gentile e veloce però è un ambiente estremamente rumoroso e la cucina mediocre. Abbiamo preso antipasti di mare caldo… materia prima mediocre e prezzo abbastanza alto o quantomeno paragonabile a prezzi che si trovano in ristoranti dove la materia prima è migliore (devo però ammettere che c’era anche un po’ di crudo che non era male). I primi piatti direi non degni di nota… insomma, non lo consiglierei per il cibo

Always a guarantee, let us advise you on the selection of starters, always different with surprising combinations. The first courses are all good, among the second courses I prefer the Sardinian baked fish.

Il locale è di quelli storici, in ogni senso. Non ho mai capito perché certe attività viareggine tendano a non modernizzarsi mai fino a diventare stantie, booh. Cucina tra alti e bassi nel senso che alcune cose sono superlative altre pessime. Il pesce mi è sembrato fresco però, sempre per tornare sul solito argomento, viene cucinato nello stesso modo da decenni , cucina tipica viareggina sempre uguale a se stessa; se ci torniamo tra 10/15 anni mangeremo sempre le stesse cose; qualcuno la chiama "certezza" .
Servizio svolto praticamente da un solo cameriere per 50 persone .
Anche il vino niente di che
Per me il ristorante è sopravvalutato.
