Walking through the center of Parma, we felt like eating an ice cream and looking on the Internet, this ice cream shop was the one for us. I take an ice cream with 3 flavors whose cone was covered in pistachio, €5, abundant ice cream, with really excellent pistachio as well as the Gioelia with salted caramel and the hazelnut also very good. The pistachio in the cone was a little salty but it was still good, the girl at the counter was very kind so for now I have to say that it was the best ice cream shop in Parma.

Surely on of the best ice cream places in Parma and likely beyond. It’s a must try place. Every single item on their menu (not only ice cream) it’s a must try. Worth swing by if you’re not even going to Parma :)

You won’t find English here, but you’ll find some of the best gelato around! They don’t have any cups here, only cones. For some reason a gelato place opened up across the street (and also has English available) but I think Gioelia will be a clear winner.

09/01/2025: Arriving in Parma for work, I made this very pleasant discovery. Excellent quality food and more than spot-on combinations. Very welcoming place like the owner. On my next visit to Parma I hope to have enough time to return to this excellent restaurant.
