Friendly staff, excellent flavors but definitely not light. I tried the peach and rose and it was a truly wonderful discovery! I'll be back.

Creamy ice cream with a wide variety of flavors. Great value, and the staff is very friendly and patient even if you don't speak Italian. It's one of the best ice creams I've had in Parma; it's worth the time and money it takes to get there.

Peccatori al frigo cioè mescita sl cono. Ergo tanto il tempo di attesa per un tempo minore di assaggio di gelato. Gelato sempre sopraffino . Catena di gelaterie emiliana tutte sedi rispettabili nella fruizione del dolce preferito da ogni generazione.

Many flavours, the peculiarity that I love about Gioelia is the possibility of having liquid chocolate in the bottom of the cone, milk or dark, which flows visibly from two fountains. It has many ready-made cakes, chocolate-covered waffles, hazelnut cream, ice cream or semifreddos in single-portion glass cups, original ingredients (such as hazelnuts from Piedmont, pistachios from Bronte) that make the ice cream excellent. I highly recommend it and go there often, it's worth traveling many kilometers to taste all their particularities. Outside and inside you can sit on benches and small logs.

16/07/2025: Arrived by chance, returned by choice. We found a special place. Nature and tranquility. Free camper parking area, without water, electricity, and no loading/unloading, BUT it's worth it. Absolute nature, not too many insects, and we didn't see any mosquitoes. The owners were helpful, welcoming, and kind, and our stay was extremely pleasant. From here, you can easily access the pristine Taro River for a refreshing swim, or take a 20-25 minute walk through the woods (a little more challenging but doable with suitable footwear) to take a dip, arriving opposite the Lido del Groppo. Although the owners don't ask for anything in return for your stay, believe me, you'll enjoy stopping for a delicious homemade breakfast, an aperitif, or a romantic dinner surrounded by greenery. It's also possible to stay overnight by reservation for an unexpected glamping experience on the water. We highly recommend it!
06/07/2025: Great host, the food is freshly prepared in-house. RV drivers and campers stay here for free. Highly recommended.
