The food was amazing. The pasta, in particular, blew us away, and we'll definitely be back! The service seemed a bit inexperienced, but was still very friendly.

I ate at Gintilla again today. I was craving spaghetti carbonara, and the reviews were very good. The carbonara was excellent. Very delicious. The speck used is made from lamb. Supposedly homemade. Unfortunately, the cheese-filled Sardinian dessert didn't suit my taste. The price/performance ratio was absolutely not right. The young waiter was very friendly and polite. I'll be back. My review is from the end of September 2025.

Nice place, friendly staff, good food. But it was just a salad, and I paid €18! For a simple salad, I find it quite expensive.

Delicious food, exceptional service, a beautiful location, and more than affordable prices. A place with organic food and both vegan and gluten-free options. Highly recommend the homemade tiramisu, the best we've tried on the island! We will definitely be back!

I came for lunch and had a great meal. The culurgiones were amazing, and the vegan cheese board was also delicious. If I ever return to Cagliari, I'll definitely be back! The only flaw: the coffee tasted burnt.

Recomendado no solo para veganos y vegetarianos sino para todas las personas que aman la buena comida, cocinada y presentada bien. Ingredientes frescos, deliciosas recetas y sabores en perfecto equilibrio en cada plato. El personal es muy acogedor, natural y agradable y el entorno está limpio y bien cuidado.

06/10/2025: We had a delicious meal in a beautiful restaurant. Plenty of choice, plus a few specialties. Good wine at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff. We would definitely visit the restaurant again.
06/10/2025: Aesthetically pleasing place with amazing and caring staff and incredibly tasty food. We liked it so much we came back to have one last amazing meal before the end of our vacation.

05/06/2025: Il gusto di gelato più buono che abbia mai mangiato. Il gusto Arrastu sinnos, una esperienza superlativa. Un gusto che si rifà a un tipico formaggio sardo , ciò che lo rende eccezionale è la consistenza cremosa e densa, un gusto pieno. Molto buono anche il gusto yogurt di pecora, un po’ meno il ricotta,abbamele e mandorle , troppo predominanti quest’ultime e non si sente troppo il miele. Nel complesso davvero ottimo
