We had a wonderful experience at this vegan restaurant! The lasagna was delicious and their signature culurgiones were full of flavor. The cappuccino had a rich, creamy foam, and the fluffy lava cake was the perfect finale. The waiter was incredibly kind and attentive. We were impressed and will definitely be back!

The restaurant, located in the center of Cagliari, is very welcoming. The staff was very kind and the food was really, really good. Prices were a little high, but considering the area, I think that's normal. Recommended!

The food was amazing. The pasta, in particular, blew us away, and we'll definitely be back! The service seemed a bit inexperienced, but was still very friendly.

I ate at Gintilla again today. I was craving spaghetti carbonara, and the reviews were very good. The carbonara was excellent. Very delicious. The speck used is made from lamb. Supposedly homemade. Unfortunately, the cheese-filled Sardinian dessert didn't suit my taste. The price/performance ratio was absolutely not right. The young waiter was very friendly and polite. I'll be back. My review is from the end of September 2025.

Nice place, friendly staff, good food. But it was just a salad, and I paid €18! For a simple salad, I find it quite expensive.

10/11/2025: The food and service are absolutely world-class. A place worth returning to. We ate delicious horse meat. I also recommend the wonderful cold cuts platter. Olivia and fresh olive oil. I really recommend it.
08/11/2025: A lovely little aperitif and charcuterie board break, very pleasant and delicious. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Sa Scolla Cagliari

16/10/2025: While in Sardinia for work, we discovered this restaurant near our hotel. The service is excellent, with a smile. The waiters speak English. They offer a wide selection of local beers. In addition, a much-appreciated appetizer is offered while you wait for your meal. 🍕 The pizzas are generous and homemade with mostly local ingredients. It's a great place for lunch or dinner. The storefront and exterior of the restaurant could be improved to better showcase the location. 🔥🔥
08/10/2025: I found Sa Scolla accidentally and fell in love with their pizzas and service.
