A real surprise. I have been vegetarian (not vegan) for about 30 years and have rarely eaten so well in a vegan restaurant. Everything, from the service, to the food, to the place (not large but very nice and well laid out) to the staff deserves 5 stars. Super recommended

Today to celebrate my sister's birthday we chose this vegan restaurant that she likes so much. I would say it was an excellent choice, from the appetizer to the dessert unique flavours. Very kind and welcoming people. Highly recommended

We went to Gintilla on the advice of friends and left more than satisfied. Very good quality food, generous portions and reasonably average prices. Friendly and professional staff, Mauro and Giulia followed us, kindness is a factor that personally greatly influences my opinion, and it was absolutely positive.

Siamo clienti abituali di Gintilla e continueremo ad esserlo anche se ieri alcuni piatti ci sono arrivati indietro di cottura (le patate, i culurgiones e la pinsa) . Strano perché non era mai capitato. Forse il fatto che il locale fosse pieno... comunque la Seadas è strepitosa! Anche il risotto pere e noci davvero buono!

Siamo stati a cena in coppia alla ricerca di un pasto buono e leggero, e questo posto ha superato le nostre aspettative.
Io sono celiaca ed ho avuto diverse scelte per quanto riguarda il senza glutine (per quanto riguarda la pasta, al momento, hanno solo le penne, che però non ho ordinato). Per i vegani, o chi, come me, apprezza la cucina vegana, è il paradiso. Ho ordinato antipasto di formaggi vegani, carpaccio di barbabietola e verdura in tempura, il mio compagno culurgiones. Piatti saporitissimi e sazianti. Personale gentilissimo e preparato.

During our short visit to Gagliary in June 2024 we came across this cozy restaurant and dined there twice. The service is excellent and the food delicious and unlike anything we have had before. Highly recommended!
