Pizza with a beautifully thin yet slightly crispy crust and an airy edge. Unfortunately, the menu is only available online. Beers weren't 50cl as advertised, but only 33cl – though still at the listed price… The service was very inflexible on our second visit and refused special requests for the pizza. Furthermore, the salami was unexpectedly cut into small strips instead of whole slices.

The food was 10 out of 10.
The staff was completely inattentive. I asked for the bill so I could pay in cash, but it took 15 minutes. They didn't even bother bringing it, telling me to pay online since I didn't have time to wait. I paid and left.

We got this place recommended by a local and they knew what they were talking about! Best pizza I've had in years, and the gnocchi was amazing too. Finished off with a delicious Tiramisu, very generous with the mascarpone which I loved. Must try if you're in the area! Just know there is a 3 euro service charge per person, but I thought it was worth it!

The modern and dynamic atmosphere is perfect for a lunch break or dinner after a day in the city center. Despite its busy location, the experience remains pleasant thanks to the attentive service and lively atmosphere.

The pizzas were absolutely amazing. A feast for the eyes and the palate. The service was friendly and helpful. The ambiance is functional, located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the cathedral. A pizza costs around €12, but there's a small additional charge for a seat. The 4.2 rating is unjustified!

I've been to Sorbillo for lunch twice now. The food is absolutely impeccable, and the service is quick and friendly. The problem arises at checkout. There's a QR code on the table that SHOULD allow you to pay your bill directly from your table without having to endure the torment of waiting in line at the register. However, due to the platform not working (as kindly communicated by the wait staff), I've regularly been met with the cashier (the only rude and uninterested member of staff) who, in a decidedly unfriendly manner, sends me back to the torment of waiting in line at the register. Because of this, I've been late for work both times.

I ordered a pizza and it was delicious, with a perfectly cooked crust and flavorful toppings. It arrived hot and quickly, and you could tell it was freshly made. The service was excellent throughout my visit; the staff was friendly and efficient. I found the prices reasonable for what they offer, not at all expensive. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, perfect for sitting down and enjoying a quiet meal. I think it's a great place if you're craving a well-made pizza. I'll be back.
