The pasta selection alone shows range — tagliolini, spaghetti pomodoro, and bavette aglio olio e carpaccio were executed with care, the simplicity of the ingredients highlighting their quality. Starters like gazpacho and insalata verde offered freshness, while seafood courses such as the vaporata and sogliola underlined the restaurant’s strong command of fish cookery. The Sauvignon 2022 – Jermann was a refined pairing, crisp and aromatic, elevating the experience. Concluding with coffee — both an intense espresso and a milder americano — felt like a fitting Italian close. Prices are premium, yet aligned with Forte dei Marmi’s exclusive beach scene. Gilda succeeds in offering a memorable seaside dining experience, with moments that verge on outstanding.

We had an amazing dining experience in a magical beachfront setting, beautifully lit up at night. The quality of the seafood is excellent, as are the desserts and the carefully selected wines. The seaside location, with its lights and greenery, creates a truly enchanting and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are warm, friendly, and passionate. Many thanks to the entire Gilda Team!

Gilda has a soothing atmosphere created by a somewhat rustic decor enhanced with fairy lights at night. The negative is the long trek to the bathrooms past change room cabins where the mood gets lost. As a foreign Italian I have been visiting Italy for 50 years and there are two things that are certain, their obsession with their bowel movements and the commensurate sorry state of their toilets! Surely this should be a symbiotic relationship? The bathrooms are maintained as necessary evils when the rest of the world designs them for Instagram fame! Too much lavatorial speak! Back to Gilda. Tuna tataki on a bed of panzanella can be recommended but the juicy oysters from Viareggio were the show stopper! Recommended for those wanting a relaxed evening meal. The array of chili spice with hot ratings was a great discovery.

Always a delight! We come to Gilda every few years. It's always a pleasure to experience this restaurant with its quality. The wine list alone is worth perusing. Today we were particularly impressed by the cuisine, including the sole.

Frequento Gilda da qualche anno ormai e lo ritengo un ottimo ristorante di pesce.
Crudo di mare molto buono. Scelta di ostriche incostante, ma ci ho mangiato ottime Hervé. Tra i primi consiglio le bavette. Buona la catalana.
L'ambiente è piacevolissimo e ben arredato, vista mare.
Servizio un poco incostante, con qualche stonatura ma generalmente buono.
Prezzo alto (ca 100 a testa), ma in linea con la tipologia e ubicazione del ristorante.

Ristorante che si presenta bene, atmosfera da spiaggia con quel tocco chic che personalmente ho apprezzato. Il personale alla mano e gentile. Il servizio è stato veloce. Il prezzo è leggermente sopra la media ma vale veramente la qualità di ciò che mangi. Consiglio i fusilli ai calamaretti spillo e scorsa di limone, un connubio di sapori che si abbracciano e non si sovrastano, buonissima!
