Very nice hotel on Lake Como. The room was clean and relatively spacious, with wonderful floors and captivating decor. The restaurant had a delicious gluten-free pizza (and regular pizza too!), as well as several other dishes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location was perfect for a short vacation to explore the surroundings -there are several restaurants and small shops nearby, with the ferry station just a short walk (five minutes) away. Definitely recommended!

The room was fine but great considering the prices and the prices of the nearby hotels. We received a room towards the street, which unfortunately is very loud due to all the motorcycled passing by at high speed. Earplugs were available at the room as a compensation.
The staff were friendly but not in the best of moods.

E' stato particolarmente interessante cenare nella sala interna circondati da numerose opere d'arte, servizio ottimo, buoni i piatti della tradizione e ricercati, la pizza bassa non è la mia preferita ma buona. Il conto è in linea con il posto. Consigliato

Pizza was ok. Soup of the day at €18.00 was a disaster. Good service.
Reply that there is no soup of the day seems to be trying to deflect. Reviewing the right place! We had a lunch at the restaurant and indeed there was a soup of the day… a green vegetable soup. Attaching my credit card expense on this for proof.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per pranzo, consumando un'ottima pizza.
Il personale è stato gentile, professionale e attento realizzando un servizio veloce e puntuale.
Abbiamo mangiato in giardino dove i tavoli erano ben distanziati ed era possibile scegliere se avere più o meno sole grazie alle tende regolabili.

Eating pizza with Bon Jovi? Could happen at the Giardino. We went there by chance and were given a wonderfully friendly welcome. The pizza was huge and good. At the end, Pippo, the host, showed us his room where he keeps all the photos and autographs of his prominent guests. Craziness! And I'm one of them now 🤭
