Giardini del Vicario In Anghiari

It was romantic to have a coffee on the terrace of this café, overlooking the greenery and a garden below where other tables were enjoying cocktails. It was a beautiful, warm day, even though it was November 2nd.

What a fantastic place! The atmosphere is so cozy and full of character, with beautiful views that make the whole experience even more special. The food is fresh and delicious, and the service is truly excellent. You can tell everything is done with love and attention to detail. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy — we’ll definitely be back!

Best view of the borgo, great food and wonderful staff! A little pricier than lower borgo but it was worth it

A charming place with a breathtaking view, perched on the side of the town of Anghiari, cool (breezy) even in the summer. Service was average, but the food was a shame; the first courses were microwaved. Regarding the food, nothing too bad, to be honest, but I was bitterly disappointed when, between appetizers (an excellent selection of cured meats and cheeses), on my way to the bathroom, I noticed the employee placing what would have been our dishes into two microwaves set up in the small "kitchen." When I returned to the table, with the classic "ding" sound, the two dishes were promptly served. As already mentioned, nothing really bad, but the microwave is noticeable... the heat quickly dissipates, and the pasta remains a bit stringy. A shame, because the place is very nice! I recommend enjoying the terrace exclusively for a simple aperitif.

Beautiful location in a renovated bastion, the garden below offers a splendid view. Stop for an aperitif, I'd say excellent, as well as the small platter of Tuscan products. The young, friendly staff is available to provide information. Fair prices.
