The service was great, everyone was very kind. We went to have dinner 3 nights in a row during our stay in Milan. Will come back, the sushi was delicious.

A restaurant attempting to blend Japanese and Apulian traditions might be an intriguing idea, but here the experiment doesn't really take off. The intention is clear: quality ingredients, sophisticated combinations, a cuisine that aims to stand out from the usual ayce. And indeed, the raw ingredients are visible, you can taste them, and in some dishes they even work well. The problem is that all this isn't enough to justify a bill that, in the end, leaves you more disappointed than satisfied.
The feeling is that of a place that focuses heavily on image and concept, but fails to transform the idea into a truly memorable experience. The dishes are carefully crafted, but they don't surprise; the fusion of Japan and Apulia remains more of an intention than a concrete result. Some dishes seem forced, others simply don't make an impression. And when the price goes up, you expect something beyond the simple quality of the ingredients: you expect emotion, technique, identity. Here, unfortunately, all of this is missing.
The restaurant is spacious, which could be a plus, but the ambiance isn't convincing. It's one of those places that seems designed to please everyone, but ends up pleasing no one. Cold, a bit anonymous, and lacking that personality that makes you say, "I'll gladly return." It's not unpleasant, but it doesn't communicate anything.
Ultimately, it's a restaurant with lofty ambitions but fails to deliver. Good ingredients, yes, but that's not enough. The price is disproportionate to the experience, and the ambiance doesn't help enhance the overall impression. It's not a disaster, but it's not a place I'd recommend lightly either: there are more compelling, more authentic, and above all, more honest alternatives.

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent value for money. The owner is friendly.
We went for the first time last month and returned today. The first time, I had a fantastic pasta with ragù, which reminded me of the ragù my mother used to make. Today, we tried the all-you-can-eat menu, with various dishes, all fantastic. We'll be back, and I recommend everyone to try it; you'll be back.

Discovered almost by accident...and it was a great discovery!
The atmosphere is refined, the staff is kind, welcoming, and...patient. The menu is varied, the ingredients are high-quality, and the dishes are a delicious and mouth-watering blend of two seemingly unrelated cuisines. The prices are excellent considering the quality and quantity of the food. Dinner for two, two all-you-can-eat menus, a bottle of white wine and 1/2 liter of still wine, just over €80...and it was worth it.
We'll definitely be back; it's a great place to pleasantly surprise someone, whether for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends.
My heartfelt congratulations to whoever had the idea of merging these two cuisines, creating something fresh, new, and perhaps unique.

They don't just make sushi here...they make Apulian-style sushi! 😂
Fresh raw ham, flavors that embrace you like a Salento grandmother, and maki that smells almost like the sea and focaccia🤩
A unique experience...Japan meets Puglia and it's a treat. Highly recommended if you want to leave happy and with a "panz cundend" (a hearty breakfast).

I tried this sushi place because I wanted a place that served both sushi and Italian cuisine.
As soon as we entered, a very friendly waiter from Puglia greeted us and gave us directions on what to order.
When the food arrived, we were disappointed by the limited variety of dishes.
Overall, the food was not bad and the prices were normal.

Family dinner, what can I say? It was a spectacle! Every course had its own flavor.
The owner was really good at pairing the dishes.
Recommended.
Not your average sushi.
