A surprising restaurant: Japanese and Apulian cuisine blended into original and delicious dishes. I was traveling alone and on business, but they made me feel welcomed, pampered, and treated with great care. Every detail, from the service to the food, exudes passion and attention. The entire staff was super friendly, and the owners were also very sociable and friendly. Highly recommended!

On August 27th I went to celebrate my birthday. The food was good, but the owner was a clever one. He offered me a fixed-price meal like you can dream, without even presenting the menu. The rest was quite expensive, with a Montenegro for 6 euros, and when I checked the website again, I found the amaro was 5 euros, which is already expensive. I won't be returning because it was very cheap. He lost a customer who would have returned for the food.

Good food and a very friendly owner. I don't recommend Saturday nights because they get very busy and the service can be a bit slow. I'll be back during the week.

Spacious and charming place. I like the large open kitchen. It's a mix of Japanese and Apulian dishes: both are good. We chose the all-you-can-eat option, even though it seemed a bit pricey: almost €30 per person for lunch. It's actually a good choice if you're a big eater because the portions are really generous. I really enjoyed the Apulian dishes, but the sushi was also good. The only thing that needs updating, in my opinion, is the ordering process. There's only one person taking orders, and if the place is crowded, I think the wait times can be long.

The entire staff was friendly from the welcome until the end of the dinner. The place is located not far from major transportation and trams, making it easy to get to. The atmosphere is lovely, with a magnificent open kitchen. The food was delicious and unique; I personally ate things I'd never tried at a sushi restaurant! The first courses also looked good, although I didn't get a chance to try them.
I would only recommend having a menu where you can order directly from there, which would speed up the entire kitchen process.

Ho cenato ieri con la mia famiglia, e il pesce era freschissimo.. oltre questo cucinato molto bene. una nota positiva ulteriore va al personale i camerieri che hanno saputo consigliare sul percorso degustazione , per la loro gentilezza..la cura nel servizio.. (dote ormai persa negli ayce) .. la disponibilità verso i bambini.. esperienza super da ogni punto di vista!
