Excellent food, typical dishes of the Apulian culinary tradition and top Japanese-Puglia mix, it was incredible to taste uramaki that release the flavors of Puglia with rice, potatoes, mussels or chops, the friendly and welcoming owner, fun and familiar environment, highly recommended

Both Apulian and Japanese food are excellent and fresh. Original idea, we recommend it.

Fabulous, very friendly owner recommended the best dishes and even some tricks with soy. Insane creativity of the dishes, unique quality of the fish. The best dinner of my life.

We decided to try the Giappugliese on the recommendation of friends. The location is old in my opinion. The Apulian dishes were excellent and very varied. The Japanese part should be reviewed: the quality of the fish is not bad but there are other all-you-can-eats that are better and at cheaper prices than this one.

A restaurant worth trying, to understand what's new on offer, but to which, to be honest, I wouldn't return. My friends with whom I had dinner here were of the same opinion. We did not appreciate all the dishes, partly perhaps due to personal taste and partly because, objectively, they were not prepared well (example: in the potato and mussel risotto the rice was too al dente). The place is certainly well kept and nice and the waiters are also polite and very present, even too... However, there was a failure on the part of a waitress who served us unordered dishes several times at the table. The bill was quite expensive. All you can eat from €32 per person, excluding as always drinks, dessert and cover charge (from €3).

Siamo stati questa sera. Avevamo letto le recensioni e quelle negative ci avevano fatto un pò timore ma è andata bene. Locale con soli 4 tavoli occupati essendo martedì, meglio così come prima volta. Abbiamo avuto modo di fare ayce e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Costa qualcosa in più di altri ayce ma è stata cmq una novità visto e considerato che 2 cucine si siano unite. Ci sono sia piatti totalmente pugliesi, sia sushi con influenze pugliesi. Essendo un ristorante con un'idea diversa dalle altre, almeno personalmente, ho preferito sì prendere un primo e un secondo totalmente pugliese ma anche piatti che unissero le 2 cucine..altrimenti sarei andato o solo al giapponese o al solo pugliese. Cibo di qualità differente rispetto ad altri posti, si sente la differenza. Staff tutto gentile e disponibile.
