Giappugliese is a guarantee of specialties and flavours. You can try many types of dishes that will satisfy different palates ranging from classic sushi to paccheri with burrata, meat and fish main courses, options for vegetarians. The menu is all you can eat but the quality of the raw materials is excellent, as is the preparation, and the wine list. Nice atmosphere, quiet and intimate but also suitable for noisier groups. The staff is exquisite, always kind and helpful. The owner Maurizio is a good host who will be able to advise you and make you smile with his kindness. If it had a car park it would deserve 10 stars, despite this you can find it by walking around the area. Easily reachable with the Sant'Agostino green metro.

Varied menu and tasty dishes, a good average ayce. Fast and aseptic service, as per Ayce tradition. The idea of ​​the window is nice, it's a shame that the view is on Viale Papiniano (for this reason I can't give more than 2 stars). Nice and spacious interior. Perfect for a work lunch break that's a little different than usual, tasty and quick.

I organized a surprise dinner for my partner... the owner and the staff were also super helpful with the setup (nothing special just 2 numbers 1m high) The waiter was able to give us the best advice for a 360º experience, which we all appreciated.. Japanese fusion with Apulian cuisine, an intelligent and appropriate choice! There isn't a single dish that makes you say "mmm, yes come on, not bad" every bite was a "oh my goodness" Minimal environment but with spectacular details... the jewel in the crown is the kitchen view..the guys inside precise and very clean.. The owner honored us with a cake service and a bottle of prosecco..a gesture much appreciated.. Thanks so much again.. We will definitely be back! ADVISE!

Siamo stati questa sera. Avevamo letto le recensioni e quelle negative ci avevano fatto un pò timore ma è andata bene. Locale con soli 4 tavoli occupati essendo martedì, meglio così come prima volta. Abbiamo avuto modo di fare ayce e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Costa qualcosa in più di altri ayce ma è stata cmq una novità visto e considerato che 2 cucine si siano unite. Ci sono sia piatti totalmente pugliesi, sia sushi con influenze pugliesi. Essendo un ristorante con un'idea diversa dalle altre, almeno personalmente, ho preferito sì prendere un primo e un secondo totalmente pugliese ma anche piatti che unissero le 2 cucine..altrimenti sarei andato o solo al giapponese o al solo pugliese. Cibo di qualità differente rispetto ad altri posti, si sente la differenza. Staff tutto gentile e disponibile.

La parte “solo giapponese” è nella media degli AYCE, alcuni piatti fusion davvero molto buoni e piacevoli da gustare, ma con tante fritture che saziano subito. Ad un certo punto, tra le portate che il titolare consiglia di provare, mi sono quasi dimenticato di essere in un fusion e mi è sembrato di mangiare in una trattoria pugliese. Prezzo infrasettimanale 35€ (32+3 di coperto), bevande e dolci esclusi.
