Historic pizzeria close to Porta San Vincenzo. All the pizzas are excellent prepared by the son of the historic owner Giovanni who still supervises everything 👍🏻.

Superlative meat in a rustic setting at great prices

Excellent welcome, courteous waiters attentive to customer needs, even for the simplest details. The menu included meat, fish and pizza dishes as well as daily specials (fresh artichokes in our case) with various options to choose from. Fair prices and adequate portions. The two of us took: two still waters, a 330ml Vermentino, an appetizer of crostini with livers, a clam soup, a Prato-style celery, a spaghetti with seafood, a fried artichoke, a basket of Chantilly cream with fruit, a small bongo, two deca coffees and a mobtenegro for a total cost of 80 euros. We ate very well and at a good price. Furthermore, the wide choice of dishes from our area also encourages me to bring friends from other regions when they come here to visit! Historic place in Prato, go there!

Location very close to the historic center of Prato. The pizza is excellent, but first courses and starters are also not to be underestimated!

I ate a truly excellent steak. They don't have wine by the glass or a quarter, but only bottles, unfortunately for me just one bottle would have been too much. Excellent price in relation to the quality of the food. Mediocre service.

Worked till late on Sunday evening, found Cavallino Rosso still opened at 9pm. Very satisfed with the foods, seafoods spaghetti, steak with red wine and finished with a chocolate dessert. They were prepared by a few very seasoned and elderly chefs, served by two young staff.

The hereditary staff led by the legendary Giovanni, always on point, is exceptional... Unique pizza and excellent dishes served with punctuality and courtesy I cordially recommend.
