Giada In Grumolo delle abbadesse

The hotel is nice, the restaurant is extremely good, for fish in particular. The best is the service, absolutely flawless.

I have just returned with my family, we were thrilled to have booked at the Giada restaurant, convinced that it would be a welcome place, unfortunately it was not what we expected... From the menu we chose two fish risottos, a rib eye steak with grilled vegetables, a beef steak with chips plus drinks in general, all good until the very good risottos brought by the waitress who welcomed us, the rib eye was brought from a waiter who didn't immediately bring the grilled vegetables, obviously I ate the steak without waiting for the vegetables which for obvious reasons I couldn't do otherwise, upon arrival of the room I pointed out what had happened which he partially solved by bringing me the vegetables with the rib almost finished. Unfortunately it doesn't end here, for my son I ordered chips and steak as a second course, the waiter arrives with the potatoes without steak and without taking the dishes from our previous meals and without 'hearing' my call requesting to understand when the order could arrive. steak, moral of the story I had to ask for help again on the first visit of the waitress who partially solved the problem as with the grilled vegetables. A real shame about the service which makes the level of satisfaction go down a lot.

I've been frequenting the place for a few years thanks to friends. After some time I returned on a Sunday in early December 2024. The cuisine is excellent as is the pizza. Years have passed since my first time but the quality remains very good. We ate fried food, done well, and a non-farmed sea bass weighing around 1.2 kg cooked in the oven but they also offered us salted fish. I had the owner call to congratulate me because although the place was full (as usual) the service was always attentive, professional and fast. Giorgio served us with the typical kindness (and elegance) of Campania. Prices normal. I recommend it.

Locale accogliente, personale gentile educato e disponibile. Cibo di qualità. Rapidissimi nel servizio. Piatto consigliato "Rombo al forno con patate pomodorini e olive taggiasche".

Siamo stati un po' assenti da Giada,ora che siamo tornati abbiamo notato una crescita impressionante sia nella cucina che nel servizio . Siamo stati serviti da Giorgio che su suo consiglio ci ha consigliato Astici Blu e un branzino al sale a dir poco eccezionali. Il servizio è stato impeccabile come le pietanze . Prima il ristorante Giada era già impeccabile ma stasera è stato realmente sublime . Grazie a tutti lo staff . Consiglio realmente di provare questa esperienza .
