If you are in Bari and you don't stop by Ghiotto Panzerotto, you are missing out on an experience that is a perfect mix of tradition and taste! Crispy panzerotti on the outside and stringy on the inside, light dough and very fresh ingredients. Every bite is a delight. 🔥 I absolutely recommend the classic tomato and mozzarella one, but even the more creative variations are surprising! Fast service, very kind staff and very honest prices. A place that feels like home, perfect for a typical Bari snack done properly. I will definitely be back!

A welcoming place, polite staff is ready to serve you in the best way and satisfy everything you need but above all the food is delicious ... a killer to lick your lips ... in the menu there is a wide choice of exquisite dishes and with many new ones ... it was a magnificent lunch in all ... highly recommended

Abbiamo prenotato per due di venerdì sera. Siamo arrivati puntuali e dopo una brevissima attesa ci hanno fatto accomodare. Il locale non è molto grande e i tavoli sono abbastanza vicini tra loro. Abbiamo provato l'assassina classica (con stracciatella portata a parte) e panzerotti. Tutto buonissimo, l'assassina è stata la migliore mangiata su Bari, abbondante e leggermente piccante; i panzerotti non troppo grandi ma squisiti (consiglio zucca e pomodori secchi e cacio e pepe).

12/06/2025: Excellent place and service The Neapolitan pizza is also good in terms of toppings and products, the mass is a bit heavy I still give it 5 because it is a different type of dough compared to our Bari-based one which I personally prefer
