Best bakery we've found after trying several during our 5-day stay. There's a wide selection of delicious sweet and savory treats, the coffee is also very good, and as a bonus, there's a large and pleasant seating area. Prices are lower than just a few meters away in the city center. The staff is lovely! I highly recommend it!!

Amazing customer service and absolutely amazing food. The perfect place for breakfast or lunch. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
If I ever come back to Florence, I will definitely visit again. I would highly recommend Forno Ghibellina to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere.

What a fantastic people! Friendly and full of smiles! Hard to describe how lovely the pastries are, you’ll just have to stop by and try for yourself. Didn’t order anything savory. Although other patron’s did and were just making happy, eating sounds (so must be good). Molto bene! 10/10

Actually, it's very, very good.
Unfortunately, it's not a place I would recommend. It's very crowded, and they don't know how to manage it. As a result, you find yourself at the counter with ten people behind you, you can't choose, and it's so noisy that the staff can't hear you. You end up choosing too quickly and not ordering things you could have tried. Sure, you spend less, it's cheaper, but is it worth the trip? I doubt it.
So, it's not an establishment I would recommend.

I went there this morning for a post-marathon breakfast... I made the right choice! A wide selection of desserts, all fresh and exceptional... the girls at the counter are very kind and cheerful, there's a family atmosphere, and you can tell by the rapport they have with their regulars... excellent value... definitely worth a visit if you're in Florence!
