Homemade baking is still done here. The woman who served us was very nice and made pistachio croissants especially for us upon request. In general there is a great selection of baked goods. We would come back anytime if we are in Matera.

Very nice and honest people who offer delicious baked goods. The price-performance ratio is great. You are also very welcome here with a dog and they also get a little something to nibble on.

21/07/2024: Excellent quality small pastry shop. I had breakfast during a few mornings of my stay in Matera. Artisanal, digestible and tasty brioches. Small environment for a quick but authentic breakfast like the managers, who I also thank for their kindness in recommending places to find gluten-free breakfasts.
