The place is very very nice, welcoming and good with excellent prices but the real strong point is the staff who treated me as if I were a regular customer even though it was the first time I frequented it.

Very nice and friendly saleswoman! Everything tastes wonderful. We actually just wanted to have a quick cappuccino but ate a few small cakes and focaccia. At the end we bought a few slices of pizza and traditional bread to take with us. Recommended!

13/06/2025: Small restaurant in the centre of Matera Barisana, few tables inside, not wheelchair accessible, but with the possibility of tables outside. Tasty and well presented dishes with excellent preparations, the talkative and friendly staff who know how to advise

06/06/2025: Very nice restaurant with good food and very friendly service. A very warm welcome from the kitchen, good Prosecco, and a fantastic dessert (caramel cocoa tart)! We'd be happy to go back! The waiter made a real effort to speak Italian slowly, so we were able to understand him well despite our holiday Italian. So much more pleasant than being spoken to in English despite having limited Italian skills :)
