Good food, nice atmosphere and exquisite staff

Gemütlich eingerichtetes, kleines Restaurant. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich, und spricht gut englisch. Das Essen war hervorragend, sowohl die Antpasti-Platte als auch die Nudelgerichte. Allerdings gibt es warmes Essen erst ab 19 Uhr, auch wenn das Lokal selbst schon früher geöffnet hat. Insgesamt war es ein sehr gelungener Abend zu fairen Preisen.

The new management is a breath of fresh air: young, dynamic, with a great desire to do things and clear ideas. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, perfect for summer evenings with an enchanting view of the lake and a musical background that is always spot on. The staff is young, friendly and super helpful, they immediately make you feel at home with a smile. The place is designed with attention to detail, but without ever appearing pretentious. Great drinks, tasty food, fast and friendly service. It's one of those places where you want to return. Really good!

The food is excellent, with carefully prepared, tasty dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The place has really made a leap in quality since it was taken over by the new staff, who brought freshness, passion and great professionalism. But the real strong point is the location: the restaurant directly overlooks Lake Bracciano, and dining at the tables just a few steps from the water is something magical. Ideal for a romantic evening or a relaxing lunch immersed in the beauty of nature. Highly recommended!

I only managed to take photos of the starters (fish tartare and vegan meatballs) because I didn't have time as everything was too inviting! What can I say…. Andrea immediately puts you at ease and makes you understand how everything is linked to deep roots (I chose the fish main course only because of how captivating his grandmother's story was! And it was worth it) I don't eat sweets and I also tried their version of pavlova.... Not at all heavy, an exquisite finish. Excellent proposal for the wine list. Simone, on the other hand, immediately understands that he comes from the fine dining world and knows how to highlight local products without distorting them and giving his own personal touch! What can I say…. Great surprise, I'll definitely be back to try the new menu in June, well done guys!

Delightful restaurant by the lake, with a breathtaking view of the gentle waters of Lake Bracciano. Smiling and attentive staff. The menu, simple and with few but good dishes, offers traditional lagoon dishes revisited in a fresh and contemporary style. We'll be back as soon as possible!

Abbiamo provato il ristorante che ha una splendida panoramica sul lago. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa grazie alla gentilezza dello staff. Abbiamo provato delle ottime polpette vegetariane come antipasto per proseguire con il pesce del giorno che era squisito! Cucina genuina ma presentata con cura e un tocco gourmet. I have just visited Trevignano again for the first time in years. Places like this restaurant really remind me of the old heydays at the lago. Beautiful atmosphere, authentic people, and just great fresh food. Definitely try the fish sauce from the nonna!
