We enjoyed dishes crafted with love for the taste buds and the eyes, thanks to thoughtful and respectful combinations of ingredients, even those you wouldn't have expected to enjoy so much. The service was attentive, present yet discreet and graceful. The ambiance completed the experience perfectly. It's difficult to single out one dish or another because every dish, from the amuse bouche to dessert, offers something beautiful.

Everything was excellent - food, service, location. If I really had to find a flaw, I'd say the lighting and the lack of a nice white tablecloth.
Besides being delicious, it's also nice to eat something different from traditional Piedmontese dishes (not that those aren't good, on the contrary!), but kudos to the chef and owner for offering something innovative and exciting.
I'll definitely be back.

A refined and private environment, very attentive waiting staff, a very knowledgeable girl, as for the menu, let's say it still needs to be perfected, there are some small errors but overall it was good. The braised beef in Barolo was a little woody even if the flavour was good... a shame, for the rest there is nothing to say, excellent value for money.

A different, more modern atmosphere, yet you still feel comfortable and at home – very well done. The service is very attentive, always somewhat discreet, but immediately available when needed and very polite. The food is truly excellent and prepared with great creativity and care.

Lovely restaurant, extremely well executed and perfectly seasoned food. The chef balances the flavours very well. The calamari and foie gras were delicious. Service was also excellent, calm and unobtrusive - highly recommended and worth a detour.
