On April 27th we celebrated our anniversary, we couldn't have chosen a better place. The place is small but well-kept, with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine is refined, attentive to detail and surprising in flavours, each dish speaks of passion and competence. A little gem that we recommend to those looking for quality and authenticity. We will definitely be back!

We tried this restaurant during a stay in the Langhe and were thrilled. My boyfriend and I chose the tasting menu, which included appetizer, first course, second course and dessert: each course was a discovery. The food was excellent, with a creative streak that was able to enhance the flavors of the area in a modern way. The presentations were refined, the flavor combinations sophisticated but perfectly balanced. The quality of the raw materials was simply excellent, with ingredients that spoke of the territory in every bite. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. An experience that we recommend to those looking for quality cuisine with taste and originality, in the heart of the Langhe.

I went to this place on Easter Monday with a friend. The staff were very kind and professional. The dishes were exquisite and decidedly innovative. Excellent quality/price ratio Highly recommended

Superb experience! Small place, well-kept and welcoming. The atmosphere inside this restaurant is that of a starred restaurant. Attention to all the details, very well-prepared and precise waiters. Being a small place it is definitely necessary to book in advance if you want to go on the weekend. They served us several welcome entrees all very good and special. The skill of the chef and the goodness of all the dishes is absolutely indisputable and the prices are absolutely adequate for the quality offered. Very honest portions. Why then 4 stars and not 5? Just a small negative note, the tasting menu can only be done if the whole table adheres, since there were 6 of us we had difficulty because 2 people feared that some dish might not be liked (eg Risotto with artichokes and snails). I understand that it is a logistical issue but at least having it done above a threshold number of diners (eg 3) is in my opinion important. So more of a suggestion for improvement than a criticism. In una frazione di monforte, qualche curva per arrivare e parcheggio non molto comodo, ma bel locale. Per me due pecche: menù cartaceo non disponibile (solo da scaricare ) e senza tovaglie. Facilmente risolvibili.. Qualità del cibo molto alta, anche con abbinamenti e gusti originali ma ben riusciti. Prezzi molto corretti, anche se i ricarichi sul vino leggermente alti.
