I would like to leave a positive review for the Romana gelateria in Parma. Although I am not from the city, I must say that I found the place very clean and tidy. The staff was kind and attentive, especially Margherita given the proposal of different tastings for the choice of ice cream. The bacio and variegated mascarpone flavors were excellent and with the whipped cream they won me over. A small positive note for the employee of the month who made me smile. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.

Ice cream served in an original and pleasant way, a different presentation than usual that arouses curiosity. There is a good option to sit inside or at the outside tables. The service is courteous but a little disorganized: it is not clear who should take the orders and who handles the payments, creating a bit of confusion. The photo of the "employee of the month" displayed in a conspicuous way is not exactly the best.

Tratamos de visitar Gelateria La Romana cada vez que visitamos Italia - nunca deja de impresionar. El personal siempre es generoso con la oferta de degustaciones y todos los sabores son tan deliciosos. ¡Es muy buena relación calidad-precio!

Dopo una più che lauta cena parmigiana, è emersa impellente la voglia di qualcosa di goloso e rinfrescante. Questa ben nota e ottima gelateria ci ha accolti, ma in particolare ci ha accolti Margherita che con grande entusiasmo e professionalità ci ha illustrato tutte le possibili offerte, dai più recenti gusti di gelato allo zabaione caldo con amarene. Soprattutto con grande pazienza, a frontedella nostra reiterata incertezza su cosa scegliere. Abbiamo infine optato per due semplici coppette, dove comunque anche gusti inusuali hanno saputo esaltare la qualità del prodotto. Tutto ciò a conferma che qui (forse, va detto, più che in altri esercizi della stessa catena) gusto, cortesia e professionalità camminano felicemente insieme.
