This is the second time we have visited this Gelateria Jimmy. The first time we walked inside ordered a cup of gelato to go and went about our business. It was very good! For this visit, we decided we wanted to sit outside on their terrace and have coffee and gelato. When we walked inside and mentioned this they ushered us outside and told us that the wait staff would come to our table. We complied and ordered our coffee. When it was time for gelato we wanted to view the very large selection of gelato they had. So we walked inside again. However, once again we were quickly told to go outside and that they would take our order there. I get it, but when there is a huge assortment of gelato flavors to choose from I prefer to see them before I make my selection. For whatever reason, they were very intent on us remaining at the table. Anyway, the coffee and gelato were both excellent and reasonably priced. The terrace and atmosphere were also great. I will definitely go back next time we are in the area. It was just the interaction with the staff that was a bit strange for us this time.
