14/02/2026: A truly pleasant place and excellent cuisine. We were served excellently; the dining room and kitchen are perfectly coordinated, allowing you to experience the chefs' skills and their vision of cuisine. They also offer refined products, meats with different ages, and even the seafood is highly sought-after. They also served us an excellent fermented tea to pair with a dish. The wine selection is very interesting, and the service was impeccable in both timing and manner. The music playlist was also very pleasant: not the usual trite and hackneyed stuff (the usual sad, impersonal jazz that infests the dining rooms of gourmet restaurants), but a varied playlist geared not only towards the Methuselahs of the moment.
