Gelato buonissimo, prezzi onesti e personale molto gentile e simpatico. Ci vado spesso e c’è una ragazza che ormai mi riconosce, sempre molto carina e simpatica :)

I have been using this ice cream shop for years because the ice cream is delicious (5 star plus). It's a shame for today's unpleasant situation in which a (I think new) sales assistant, on her own initiative and to reach the weight of the tray, added a flavor of her choice instead of simply adding one of the ones we had originally asked for.

Perhaps one of the best ice creams in Parma. Via Silvio Pellico area. Very kind staff and quality products

I think we are exaggerating with the prices of the ice creams, which aren't that good after all

Today 28 July 2024, at approximately 10.30 pm I came across an unpleasant situation, being an ice cream shop with an electronic ordering machine, I chose a product which only after paying I was told was out of stock, neither on the screen nor with other warnings I was warned of this, when picking up the order I was told "it's finished" as a result I was given a product that was worth less than what I paid, with an annoyed face from the person in charge who were asked for advice on how to resolve the problem.

The quality of the ice cream is good, the service from the girls who serve you is normal, but the thing that is not acceptable having taken a cup for 6.50 euros, the quantity is only 4 tastings of different flavours! This is not acceptable from my point of view! It's okay to get paid, but also to give the right amount, but the amount is always less!
