22/10/2025: This place is a fantastic find! The views of Lake Iseo are unmatched, the hotel is historic and charming, and every staff member encountered was extraordinary. We had dinner one evening and they do an excellent job (very accommodating to my gluten allergy as well). Lovely breakfast area. We will be back! (We had a small group on a wine tour)

02/11/2025: Excellent experience, good food, and a good wine list as well. Excellent service, average price for Franciacorta restaurants. In my personal opinion, there was too much fish compared to meat, but only because I'm not a particular fan of fish. We'll definitely return.
26/10/2025: A real discovery, Mr Massimo, excellence in service, top quality food, all in a very elegant setting. As a restaurateur, I can only praise this restaurant, which could put many starred restaurants into question. Thanks, see you soon.
