Each dish is a symphony of taste, cared for in the smallest details, with excellent raw materials and presentations worthy of fine dining. An elegant but never cold atmosphere, refined and attentive service, a masterfully selected wine list. A place where I feel pampered every time. Gaudio is pure excellence.

At Gaudio the quality of the food is excellence thanks to the wise mastery of chef Diego, the fish dishes are exquisite and, no less, the meat ones, not to mention the vegetables that accompany the dishes. The environment of the room is very refined and attentive to every little detail thanks to Mr. Giambattista, who is very knowledgeable in recommending the wine and explaining every single course. The background music is also very welcome and helps to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere....thank you very much to all the staff! We had a really good time! Excellent value for money.
