I don't think there's any need for much more... Gatullo is synonymous with quality. I hope he never changes.

A historic establishment that's always a pleasure to frequent for its warm and refined atmosphere. I particularly enjoy breakfast, especially the generously filled croissants of various flavors, including the unique apple strudel and blueberry puff pastry, with their buttery, crispy textures, typical of this establishment. The cappuccinos are average, and the service could be better. Prices are high. For those with mobility issues, please note that the bathroom is unfortunately located upstairs, accessible by a spiral staircase.

The service is friendly and attentive. The food and drinks are fresh and delicious.
The pastry shop is known for its high quality and is very popular – everyone gets what they want with calm and patience.

I had a great apple pie croissant, and a very tasty cappuccino, the only downside was how busy the bar was.
To get to the counter took ages, and to get the drinks served, longer.
but at the end you’re going to try a great breakfast in Italian style.
I would go back in a different time of the day.

A good pastry shop for the upper classes of Milan. Milanese people gather here on Sunday mornings for an aperitivo. Table service and outdoor seating in the garden.

Dramatically crowded, well-decorated and charming inside but there are so many people that a bouncer is needed to control the entrances. I recommend choosing the day and time you go carefully. Don't go for a branch on Saturday or Sunday or you'll have to push your way in.

A historic Milanese pastry shop, excellent for both breakfast and lunch. The atmosphere is old-fashioned and the staff are friendly. Reservations aren't possible, so if you decide to go for lunch, expect a bit of a wait, as there aren't many tables. In the summer, there's also an outdoor seating area, which isn't accessible in the winter. The toasted sandwich is definitely worth trying, but the classic paninis are also worth trying. The pastry shop is simply enchanting. Being a historic establishment, the prices aren't typical of cafes, but they're still in line with the quality.

Everything was very good, but it was a shame about the tables being too close together and the noise.
