Welcoming place, maybe the tables need a review, commendable service but not very prepared in managing off-menu items, a big question mark emerges from the kitchen, if it is true that the fish is fresh, I would review the menu, taking the opportunity not to stumble in hasty and uncomfortable combinations...... like sugar in sauce.

A nice place located in the historic center. Excellent welcome, well looked after, trained staff. Excellent fine pizza and well cooked, just how I like it! The fish was excellent, really good and didn't give me any symptoms.. the name of the place is right Fresco&Cotto. I recommend it to everyone.. You will find people who are competent in their work, from the appetizer to the dessert you will be satisfied. Sé Well you want to eat at Francesco's you have to go!!🤗

Very good fish, excellent starters and first courses! The service was much appreciated, with a very young and attentive waiter ☺️ the day was really too hot and the air conditioning couldn't compensate, but otherwise excellent!

Perfect food, very kind owner
The two Francescos are kind and very helpful, excellent pizzas, fresh and good fish, I came at a time when Francesco's son was also there, he was a very nice and kind mini pizza chef, he has a great desire to learn and do.

Always delicious, both the fish and the meat and even the scacciata 👍🏼 Everything always fresh and Sicilian wines at the TOP. The Team is very kind and I return every time with pleasure and a lot of hunger 👍🏼👋🏼

A fantastic place for lunch or dinner. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and top quality. The price is affordable.

qualità, quantità, gentilezza, cortesia sono tutti aggettivi perfetti per descrivere "Fresco e cotto" iniziando dal cibo, curato nei minimi dettagli, gustoso, fresco, la nostra cena di pesce è stata da noi e soprattutto dai nostri invitati più che gradita.Attentissimi ad ogni singola portata e altrettanto per ogni invitato rispettando ed esaudendo ogni nostra singola richiesta, dal gluten free alla cena di carne per chi era intollerante al pesce. Personale attento e preparato insieme ai titolari formano un team impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente!!

Quality, quantity, kindness, courtesy are all perfect adjectives to describe ''Fresh and cooked'', starting with the food, with attention to the smallest details, tasty, fresh, our fish dinner was enjoyed by us and above all by our guests more than welcome. Extremely attentive to every single course and equally to each guest, respecting and fulfilling our every single request, from gluten free to a meat dinner for those who were intolerant to fish. Attentive and trained staff together with the owners form an impeccable team. We had the pleasure of celebrating our daughter's baptism here, certain of celebrating other events in this fantastic and unique venue. I highly recommend!!
