Abbiamo mangiato ottimi piatti, ben descritti al momento del servizio e raccontati dallo chef in una maniera che evidenzia la passione che mette nello studio e preparazione delle pietanze. Anche il servizio è stato eccellente, attento, professionale e gentile. Abbiamo trascorso ore in serenità e con gusto. A completare il tutto il locale è veramente molto bello e accogliente.

Overall nice place. Very nice lit in a small street not too central. The bowler hats revisited by the chef are decidedly particular and the flavors simple but refined. Maybe a little expensive.

We had the degustation menu for 60€. The aperitiv, starter and desert were excellent. The pasta dish a bit disappointing, but ok. The main was a dish made of liver, lung, intestines. It was well done and one of us liked it. The other one tried but couldn't eat it. The waiter offered to change it, but then came back from the kitchen with the info that they won't change it after all. The dish wasn't wrong per se, but in our opinion the waiter must tell the guests about these ingredients being part of a surprise menu. Too many people don't like these things. And if that doesn't happen, the kitchen has to respond as the waiter thought they would. If not that's just bad service. It's a pitty because otherwise we would have left this restaurant enthusiastically and described the service as excellent.

Went on a hot and sunny afternoon while on holiday in the area. We were looking for a nice restaurant the day before and this one stood out. That turned out to be a great choice. Set off the main squares in a quiet back street, we chose the tasting menu and were overwhelmed with the delicious, traditional food as well as the generosity in portions. Standouts include all the appetizers, ragu orecchiette and anything with pastry. Complimenting this was the service, welcoming and friendly. Value for money was excellent. Genuinely highly recommended for a lunch or dinner, worth making the effort to go. Something a bit special!

Fantastic. High quality. The best grilled eggplant ever eaten. Romantic surroundings and good service. We will definitely go back if we can.

Amazing food. Fantastic service. Set in a quiet but beautiful street in Martina Franca. I came here for a dinner for one and was not disappointed. One of the best meals I’ve had in Italy. High recommend

The greatest satisfaction in having chosen this place was the confirmation in recognizing a status, very rare nowadays, fundamental in which I have always believed: love in what you do is the fundamental ingredient! From the excellent dishes with refined and balanced flavors worthy of haute cuisine, to the kindness, courtesy and professionalism that make you feel at home! It was enough for me to speak for 2 seconds on the phone with the owner, a person with great charisma and equally generosity, to understand that it was the place to celebrate the anniversary with my wife. Prices definitely in line if not even below the level offered by the location, therefore highly recommended! Thank you all so much for the wonderful experience ❤️
