Halloween dinner was "monstrously good" (according to my daughter). We return often, for special occasions, and what always comes back, beyond the quality of the ingredients, the excellent service, and the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, is the incredible balance found in each dish. Combinations that on paper might seem unusual, or that perhaps a person wouldn't normally eat in everyday life, always taste incredibly balanced and leave you amazed after each bite. A huge compliment to the chef and his staff for their consistently excellent journey!

I want to express a very positive opinion on the food. The food fully respects tradition in its sourcing of raw materials. The only unfortunate downside is the price of the wines, which have a hefty markup, which I find frankly anachronistic in today's world.

An ideal place for a romantic dinner; try the five-course tasting menu with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairings. The location, nestled in the narrow streets of Martina Franca's historic center, is beautiful, but not suitable for small children. Prices are average for the quality of the ingredients and the craftsmanship, and the warm homemade bread is worthy of praise. The only flaw is the wine list, which is too extensive and difficult to manage, and the portions of the first courses could be a bit more generous. Overall, a place worth trying, with friendly, polite, very knowledgeable, and professional staff. Interesting non-alcoholic cocktails to try, and a very interesting watermelon carpaccio. Best ragù we've ever eaten, definitely a must-try! Very good service, English-speaking staff and cosy ambience. Would recommend to visit at least once!
