We had lunch today at Gaonas in Martina Franca, and it was a wonderful experience: dining al fresco at charming shaded tables and sampling Gaonas's specialties was truly satisfying for me and my loved ones. The entire staff was distinguished by their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism. The whole-wheat bread and homemade taralli are served hot and fill the entire table with delicious aromas! I recommend everyone stop by Gaonas for lunch or dinner, as it's truly a sensory experience that satisfies every palate!

Best meal we’ve had on our two week culinary trip through Europe (mostly Italy)- including multiple Michelin 2 stars, 1 star and BG.
Every dish was perfect. My wife and I still can’t decide what was our favorite! The meatballs were cooked perfectly and prepared in a delicious sauce. The eggplant was stunning. Their signature pork roast dish was the best we’ve ever had. And the chocolate soufflé with red berries was a complete delight.
This meal was presented by the most generous and lovely staff in Eduardo and Graziana.
If you are anywhere near in the region, do yourself a favor and get a table at this restaurant.
