Gaonas is not a simple restaurant but an experience of flavours, aromas and colours. Welcoming and very refined environment, impeccable and particular mice en place, attentive and discreet service. Highly recommended!

Location that highlights the architecture of the place with vaulted ceiling and exposed stone. The courses from the appetizer to the fruit reflect the culinary art of the typical Martinanese cuisine. Martino, the co-owner of Gaonas is very attentive and professional. Advised! Well done

Abbiamo mangiato ottimi piatti, ben descritti al momento del servizio e raccontati dallo chef in una maniera che evidenzia la passione che mette nello studio e preparazione delle pietanze. Anche il servizio è stato eccellente, attento, professionale e gentile. Abbiamo trascorso ore in serenità e con gusto. A completare il tutto il locale è veramente molto bello e accogliente.
